A 62-year-old Ephrata man was killed in a fatal single-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning in Millcreek Township, according to a release by Pennsylvania State Police.
According to the news release, Randolph Blank was driving a 2006 Ford F-350 southbound on Stricklerstown Road at approximately 5:17 a.m. Tuesday morning, Feb. 18, when he entered the right shoulder of the roadway and struck a tree stump. His truck rolled over once, police said.
Although Blank was wearing his seat belt and his air bags were deployed, police said he was fatally injured in the crash, which occurred on the 600 block of Stricklerstown Road.

State police were assisted at the scene by Newmanstown EMS, Newmanstown Vol. Fire Co., Western Berks EMS, and Richland Fire Company.
