Possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy – At 11:23 a.m. Feb. 12, a Motor Carrier Assistance Program inspection was conducted on a 2018 Hino box truck on I-78 East, during which two pallets of marijuana – an estimated 400 pounds – were located and seized. Three suspects – Kelvin Rodriguez-Olivo, 25, of Wilkes-Barre, Starly Francisco-Lendof, 25, of Kingston, and Alfonso Francisco-Roman, 64, of Kingston – were arrested, charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy, and transported to LCCB.
City of Lebanon
Aggravated assault, prohibited offensive weapon – Around 10:05 p.m. Feb. 4, police responded to the 500 block of Locust Street for a report of an assault and found an individual who had been stabbed in the neck. Police arrested Efrain Burgos, 22, charged him with aggravated assault and prohibited offensive weapon, and transported him to LCCB. Burgos and the other individual knew each other, police said. The individual was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Evading arrest or detention on foot, drug possession –On Feb. 6, police charged Timothy Gunnells, 35, with evading arrest or detention on foot, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness after an incident on the 400 block of South 8th Street.
Simple assault, resisting arrest – On Feb. 10, police charged Larry Hall, 55, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and resisting arrest after police responded to the 600 block of South Broad Street for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Resisting arrest – On Feb. 10, police charged Kendrick Rosario-Cruz, 23, with resisting arrest after police attempted to place him under arrest for violating a protection from abuse order. This incident occurred on the 400 block of North 5th Street.
Lebanon County Regional
Simple assault – Around 5:14 p.m. Feb. 8, police responded to the 800 block of Oak Lane, where a 33-year-old woman had allegedly struck her 66-year-old father several times, causing a laceration, bleeding, and bruising to his face. Police arrested the woman and charged her with simple assault.

South Lebanon Township
Drug possession – On Jan. 23, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street and charged the driver, Juan Garcia-Colon, 29, with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
DUI, drug possession – On Dec. 7, 2024, police pulled over a vehicle on South 5th Avenue and learned that the driver, Abner Reyes-Berrios, 27, was under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Reyes-Berrios with misdemeanor DUI-controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Drug possession – On Jan. 30, police pulled over a vehicle on East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Miranda Feliz-Garcia, 24, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Feliz-Garcia with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic – On Jan. 1, police responded to the scene of a crash along Mine Road and learned that the driver, Damien Cordero, 37, was under the influence of alcohol. Police charged Cordero with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, misdemeanor DUI-alcohol (BAC 0.163%), and summary driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Drug possession – On Oct. 6, 2024, police pulled over a vehicle on East Walnut Street and learned that the driver, Katrina Iseli, 31, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Iseli with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (Psilocybin mushrooms) and misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Theft of secondary metal, defiant trespass – Western Lebanon County Regional police investigated reports of theft of scrap metal from Tillett Inc., 245 N. Lincoln St., Palmyra, after it was reported that a man came to the property on Dec. 24, Jan. 2, Jan. 12, and Jan. 18 and took scrap metal and old appliances that were stored on the property. David Smiley, 75, was identified as a suspect. Additionally, he had been told not to come back to the property on Jan. 2. On Jan. 28, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging Smiley with four counts of misdemeanor theft of secondary metal and two counts of misdemeanor defiant trespass.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department visits with Scout Troop 456 – On Feb. 10, the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department was visited by Scout Troop 456 of Palmyra. Scouts toured the police department, asked questions and learned about law enforcement. Police said it was an honor to have them.
