Gretna Music has announced a schedule packed with Grammy Award winners and other world-class artists to mark its 50th anniversary summer season.
The season, with performance styles ranging from jazz to classical to world music, runs from June 8 to Sept. 13 at the historic Mount Gretna Playhouse at 200 Pennsylvania Ave., Mount Gretna.
“Gretna Music has spent 50 years creating memorable musical experiences in southcentral Pennsylvania,” Suzanne Stewart, executive director of Gretna Music, said in a release. “This year, we’re delighted to offer a lineup that reflects our rich history but also embraces innovation and diversity on every level.”

Here’s a look at the summer schedule:
- Sunday, June 8, 7:30 p.m. – “El Arte del Bolero,” featuring Miguel Zenón on saxophone and Luis Perdomo on piano. The duo won a Grammy for their album reimagining Latin ballads through a jazz lens.
- Sunday, June 15, 3 p.m. – Telegraph Quartet, performing Brahms’ String Sextet No. 2 with special guests.
- Sunday, June 22, 7:30 p.m. – Telegraph Quartet, performing Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 7.
- Sunday, July 13, 7:30 p.m. – Gesualdo Six, an award-winning British vocal ensemble.
- Sunday, July 20, 7:30 p.m. – Erinys Quartet. The Curtis Institute of Music string quartet in residence will perform Schubert, Bartók, Debussy, and Gabriella Smith’s “Carrot Revolution.”
- Saturday, July 26, 7:30 p.m. – Noche Flamenca performs “Searching for Goya,” a dance and music presentation inspired by the paintings of Francisco de Goya.
- Sunday, July 27, 7:30 p.m. – Emmet Cohen Trio, a jazz ensemble led by a Cohen, a New York City-based pianist and composer.
- Friday, Aug. 8, 7:30 p.m. – American Patchwork Quartet, a band led by two Grammy winners, fuses American folk with jazz, country, West African beats, and East Asian flair.
- Saturday, Aug. 9, 7:30 p.m. – Canadian Brass, a high-energy five-piece ensemble based in Toronto.
- Sunday, Aug. 10, 3 p.m. – pianist Einav Yarden will perform works by Haydn, Schubert, Chopin, and Lili Boulanger.
- Saturday, Aug. 30, 7:30 p.m. – Tuba Skinny, a New Orleans band blending traditional jazz, jug band music, and R&B.
- Sunday, Aug. 31, 3 p.m. – Verona Quartet, with Met Opera tenor Ben Bliss, performing “Get Your Kicks: An American Story,” a musical road trip down Route 66, celebrating music, history, and cultural connections.
- Saturday, Sept. 13, 3 p.m. – 2025 Grammy-winning pianist Michelle Cann and cellist Tommy Mesa team up for a program of classical masterpieces and a contemporary piece from a rising star composer.
