Part Time Municipal Services Clerk
Annville Township, Lebanon County, is looking to hire a Part Time Municipal Services Clerk, at approximately 25 hours per week. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Municipal Service Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
This role is pivotal in maintaining an organized environment and assisting with various administrative task and contribute to the overall success of the Township. The incumbent will interface with residents, vendors, elected and appointed officials.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective communication skills.
- Billing experience is a plus.
- Ability to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Good understanding of Microsoft.
- Ability to follow instructions and be self-directed and self-motivated.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
