The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced the honorees for their second annual Emerging and Rising Leaders Awards.

According to a release, the Emerging Leaders Award highlights “the exceptional contributions of individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, innovation, and dedication in their respective fields.”

Honorees this year are Brandon Boose of BQC Foundry, April Bowalick of Iron Valley Golf Club, Calyn Brewer of Bethany Children’s Home, Alaina Ehrgood of Lebanon Federal Credit Union, Quinn Grimes of WellSpan Health, Dominique Harris of Bethany Children’s Home, Jill Houtz of South Lebanon Elementary School, Katie Irvin of WellSpan Health, Christian Kreamer of Kreamer Funeral Home, and Michael Lusaitis of Steckbeck Engineering & Surveying.

Also, Richard Mahida of the Salvation Army, Zahyra Muriel-Ramos of WEPA Empowerment Center, Andrea Murray of Union Community Care, Ashley Nahodil of Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Maggie Progin of Lebanon Family Health Services, Darby Seymour of Visit Lebanon Valley, Jennifer Thompson of VF Distribution Center, Michael Thorely of Chrisland Engineering, and Nathan Warfel of WellSpan Health.

The Rising Leaders Award highlights students who were nominated by their schools. Student honorees are Cornelius Cummings from Palmyra High School, Hannah Horengic from Lebanon Valley College, Mackenzie Minnich from Cedar Crest High School, and Athena Vinson from Lebanon Valley College.

Honorees were recognized at an awards luncheon on Thursday, March 27, at StoneRidge Poplar Run in Myerstown.
