The North Cornwall Board of Supervisors unanimously selected Pennsy Supply’s bid of $229,620 for the 2025 paving project at their monthly meeting Tuesday.
The township received four bids, with the next closest bid ($230,185) coming from New Enterprise stone.
The project includes Hillcrest Road from Bricker Lane to Reist Road, Tanglewood Court from Cart Way to the cul-de-sac, Cart Way from On the Green Drive to Reist Road, Club Terrace from Cart Way to Cart Way, and On the Green Drive from Reist Road to the cul-de-sac.
Tuesday’s meeting was otherwise exceptionally brief, with supervisors Ronald Sell and William Yeagley convening for less than 15 minutes.
In other news, the board unanimously approved:
- A reduction of credit for the Lebanon Quittie Park project.
- The minutes for its March 18 meeting.
- The most recent treasurer’s report, and heard that the 2024 audit reported no problems.
- A sanitary sewer easement with the Copenhaver property in order to accept sewer dedication for the Springwood settlement.
- An amendment to the Springwood Settlement agreement to allow cooktops in extended hotel stays, as well as clear up some language in the agreement.
The North Cornwall Board of Supervisors meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. and 6 p.m. respectively. These meetings are open to the public and do not require prior registration.
