Police are looking for a man who fled security at Lebanon Valley College after allegedly stealing several compact discs from the campus.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department on Wednesday issued a release detailing the incident, which occurred on campus on March 22.
According to the release, police were called to the Blair Music Center, 131 N. College Ave., Annville, after a man was found trespassing by campus security. Before police arrived, the release said, “the male fled the area and dropped a coat containing several compact discs taken from the College.”
The suspect was identified by police as Brandon Thomas Zearfoss, 36, a white male 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. A warrant was issued for his arrest on April 1 by District Judge John W. Ditzler’s office.
Zearfoss faces felony charges for burglary and misdemeanor charges for criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.
Zearfoss was also charged for an alleged trespass of the same building on March 18. Police said they were informed on March 21 and an investigation later identified Zearfoss as the suspect. For that incident, he faces a separate felony charge of criminal trespass.
Anyone with information on Zearfoss’s whereabouts is asked to contact Western Lebanon County Regional police at 717-838-8189 or submit a tip through CrimeWatch.
