This weekend, the Drunken Smithy is hosting the first annual Forged Fantasy Faerie Festival at the Lebanon Valley Mall.
Taking place 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27, the free event will include over 40 vendors, live music and shows, a costume parade, and more.

The Drunken Smithy website describes the event as being similar to renaissance festivals.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in fantasy-inspired garb, though weapons must be “peace-tied” into their sheaths.
The Drunken Smithy operates multiple storefronts in the mall, operating axe-throwing, forging, and artistry activities alongside a recently opened mead hall.
During an interview in March, co-owner Greg Ramsay said he and business partner Eitri Jones hope to draw more customers to the mall through events like the festival, as well as regular live music and other events.
