Public drunkenness – Police charged a 57-year-old woman on April 24 after an incident on the 800 block of Quentin Road.

Harassment – Police charged a 40-year-old resident at 11:10 p.m. April 24 after an incident on the 1000 block of Cumberland Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 37-year-old resident at 3:54 p.m. April 26 after an incident on the 200 block of South 6th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 56-year-old man at 11:02 p.m. April 27 after an incident on the 800 block of Quentin Road.

Harassment – Police charged a 30-year-old man at 2 a.m. April 27 after an incident on the 500 block of North 9th Street.

Curfew violation – Police charged two juveniles at 4:38 a.m. April 27 after an incident on the 900 block of Willow Street.

Open container – Police charged a 51-year-old man at 12:33 a.m. April 28 after an incident on the 00 block of North 12th Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a juvenile at 5:30 p.m. April 28 after an incident at Lebanon Village.

DUI – On April 26, police charged Elvin Camacho-Cruz, 28, with DUI-controlled substance and driving while suspended after a traffic stop in the area of Lincoln and Hoke avenues.

Driving while suspended – On April 30, police charged Quirino Madrigal, 35, with driving while suspended (DUI-related) after a traffic stop on the 300 block of North 7th Street.

Drug possession, resisting arrest – On April 29, police charged Jesus Oliveras-Feliz, 33, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement, and resisting arrest after an incident on the 600 block of Cumberland Street.

DEA National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day – On April 26, the community was invited to participate in the DEA National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day event, which was held to encourage the safe disposal of unwanted, unused, or expired prescription drugs. Residents were invited to surrender these items to law enforcement officials, resulting in the collection of 57.5 pounds of drugs.

By working together, Lebanon city police said we can make a difference in the fight against drug abuse! The police department thanks the community for coming together to prevent drug misuse and help protect the environment!

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle accident – Around 3:35 p.m. April 12, police responded to a two-vehicle rear-end crash on SR 897 East near Rhine Road involving a 2012 Ford Focus driven by a 17-year-old Myerstown man and a 2009 BMW 328I driven by a 39-year-old Mount Carmel woman. The juvenile was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The woman was not wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but refused transport. Police charged the woman with following too closely.

Jackson Township

Vehicle accident – At 2:34 p.m. April 18, a 2012 Mazda 3 driven by a 33-year-old Myerstown woman and a 2021 Hyundai Tucson driven by a 62-year-old Pottsville man accompanied by a 64-year-old Pottsville woman were traveling north on SR 501 in the area of the 900 block of North College Street. The Hyundai was traveling in front of the Mazda when it slowed due to traffic conditions and was rear-ended by the Mazda. All occupants were wearing seatbelts, sustained suspected minor injuries, and were transported either via Bethel Community Ambulance or First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon to Reading Hospital for evaluations. Charges of driving at safe speed against the Mazda driver are pending investigation.

Lebanon County Regional

Public drunkenness – At 12:11 a.m. April 22, police responded to the 1800 block of Center Street in North Cornwall Township for a report of a possible intoxicated subject. Policefound an 18-year-old woman to be under the influence of alcohol and charged her with summary public drunkenness and summary purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Drug possession – On May 2, police responded to WellSpan Surgical Specialists in North Cornwall Township for a woman using drugs in the bathroom. Police identified the woman as Sharie Antonetti, 46, who admitted to smoking crack cocaine in the bathroom and throwing drug paraphernalia in the trash can. Police charged Antonetti with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and summary public drunkenness.

Criminal mischief – On April 22, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township to identify a juvenile involved in a previous retail theft. A 15-year-old male was found inside Walmart damaging merchandise with scissors while attempting to open them. He was detained and transported home. Police charged the juvenile with summary criminal mischief due to the items being damaged to the point that Walmart could no longer sell them.

Retail theft – On April 27, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft in progress. A man was observed taking multiple TVs outside and placing them along the building. The man was stopped while attempting to take his seventh TV. The man was also in possession of eight DVDs on this final attempt. Police identified the man as Chad Beenick, 36, and took him into custody without incident. Police charged Beenick with felony retail theft.

Drug possession – At 1:22 a.m. March 22, police pulled over a vehicle in the area of the 700 block of North 25th Street in North Lebanon Township for a traffic violation. The investigation revealed that one of the occupants, Corey Shay, 44, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Shay with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug possession, unlawful activities – At 11:55 p.m. March 22, police pulled over a vehicle in the area of North 16th and Cumberland streets in West Lebanon Township for traffic violations. An investigation revealed that the driver, Xavier Baez, 28, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Baez with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, summary operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, summary no rear lights, and summary unlawful activities.

DUI crash – On April 4, police responded to Miller and Cherry streets after a vehicle struck a utility pole. Police found that the driver, Zander Hess, 20, was under the influence of alcohol and had dumped multiple beer and Twisted Tea cans into a yard near the crash scene. Police charged Hess with misdemeanor DUI crash, misdemeanor DUI-minor, minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system, and depositing waste on highway.

Possession with intent to deliver – On April 28, police responded to Relax Inn in North Lebanon Township for a weapons complaint. Police spoke to a man who reported having a gun pointed at him. An investigation revealed that one of the rooms was being used to sell drugs. A search warrant was served on a room occupied by Iovanni Charise Estrada, 35, and Jonathan Alfredo Colon, 20. The search revealed a substantial amount of heroin/fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and marijuana. Estrada and Colon were arrested and arraigned on several charges, including felony possession with intent to deliver, felony criminal conspiracy, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug possession – At 12:16 a.m. April 19, police made contact with a 15-year-old male on South 16th Street in the area of Center Street in North Cornwall Township and determined that he was violating curfew and was in possession of a controlled substance. Police released the juvenile to a parent and filed charges against him for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

Public drunkenness – At 6:32 p.m. April 5, police were flagged down for an intoxicated subject to the rear of Rutter’s in West Lebanon Township. Police located the 55-year-old man, who was evaluated by EMS and transported to a local hospital. Police charged the man with summary public drunkenness.

Bench warrant served – At 10:10 a.m. April 20, police pulled over a vehicle on East Cumberland Street at Narrows Drive in North Lebanon Township for a traffic violation. An investigation revealed that the driver, Michelle Melcher, 50, was driving the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and that she had an active bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office. Police placed Melcher into custody on the warrant and transported her to LCCB.

Retail theft – Around 4:37 p.m. April 23, police responded to Target in North Cornwall Township for a retail theft after Miranda Reisinger, 26, and Richard Baublitz, 28, left the store without paying for $270.45 worth of merchandise. An investigation revealed that Reisinger and Baublitz conspired to commit the retail theft.

Retail theft – At 2:40 p.m. March 13, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township after a 19-year-old man consumed merchandise worth $11.20 without paying. A citation was filed for retail theft.

Retail theft – On April 9, police responded to JoAnn fabrics and crafts store in North Cornwall Township, where employees reported that a man entered the store, selected a heat press valued at $189, and left the store without paying. The suspect was identified as Francis Templin, 70, and charged with misdemeanor retail theft.

Retail theft – On April 15, police responded to Boscov’s Department Store in West Lebanon Township for a retail theft in progress. Police determined that three juveniles left the store without paying for merchandise. Police charged a 13-year-old Lebanon female juvenile with misdemeanor retail theft and cited a 15-year-old Lebanon female juvenile and a 14-year-old Jonestown male juvenile with retail theft. All juveniles were released to parents/guardians.

Retail theft – On April 7, police responded to Sheetz, 195 Rocherty Road, where a 17-year-old male left the store without paying for two Monster energy drinks and a Bang energy drink worth $10.79. A citation was filed against the juvenile for retail theft.

Retail theft – On April 15, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft. Walmart Loss Prevention reported that two juvenile males, including a 15-year-old, failed to pay for five packs of trading cards and an Xbox game controller worth $65.23. Both juveniles were charged with retail theft.

Attempt to identify – On April 8, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft. The Lebanon County Regional Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying the woman pictured below. North Londonderry Township

Retail theft – At 4:45 p.m. April 18, Oscar Obando Mendoza, 31, of Cleona, failed to pay for $328 of merchandise from Walmart. Police charged him with misdemeanor retail theft.

South Lebanon Township

Warrants – The following people have outstanding warrants from South Lebanon Township police: Karelys Cruz-Velazquez, Phara Eveillard, Elizabeth Ewbank, Salomon Francoeur, Alicia Hedges, Jason Lutz, Christopher Martinez, Nijha Muhammad, Eulance Polk Jr., Nathan Reinbold, Matthew Rittle, Patricia Rudy, Miguel Tehuitzil, Misael Vazquez, and Mario Videl Jr. Numerous attempts have been made to get in contact with these individuals.

Do not approach or confront these individuals. If you know their whereabouts, call South Lebanon Township police or leave a tip on the department’s page on CRIMEWATCH. All tips will remain anonymous. Anyone who would like their name removed from the warrant list is encouraged to make arrangements or turn themselves in.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Criminal mischief – Charges of misdemeanor criminal mischief were filed against Jaime Diaz Marquez, 21, after police responded to a disturbance on the 00 block of North Grant Street in Palmyra on April 9. Police determined that Diaz Marquez intentionally caused damage to the property in excess of $500.

DUI, traffic violations – On March 26, police pulled over a vehicle on the 00 block of North Duke Street in Palmyra. Police identified the driver as Cody Wilt, 31, and found him to be impaired by alcohol and marijuana. Lab results showed that Wilt’s BAC was 0.166% at the time of the traffic stop. On April 19, charges were filed against Wilt for three counts of misdemeanor DUI and three summary traffic violations.

Absconder warrant served, traffic violations – Around 3:20 p.m. April 25, police pulled over a vehicle on the 100 block of East Main Street in Palmyra and identified the driver as Antonio Estrada, 54, of Lebanon. Police determined that Estrada had an absconder warrant out of State Parole, took him into custody, and transported him to LCCB. Police also charged Estrada with two traffic violations.

Bench warrant served – At 11 p.m. April 27, police arrested Luis Rosa, 36, on the 100 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for an active bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office, with the original charge being theft by unlawful taking. Police took Rosa into custody and transported him to LCCB without issue.

Bench warrant served – On April 28, police pulled over a vehicle on the 600 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for traffic violations. Police identified an occupant of the vehicle as Angel Espada, 45, and found that Espada had a bench warrant out of Lancaster County, with the original charge being misdemeanor DUI-drugs. Police arrested Espada and transported him to LCCB to await transport.

Dog law violations – Around 7:31 a.m. April 10, police responded to the 400 block of East Main Street in Annville for a report of a dog bite. Police determined that a 35-year-old woman was the owner of the 2-year-old bulldog. On April 23, three summary non-traffic citations were filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging McNair with confinement of dog on premises of owner, rabies vaccination required, and license required.

Found keys – Around 10:05 a.m. April 29, a member of the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department found a set of keys on the sidewalk on the 100 block of West Church Street in Annville. If the keys are yours, contact police at 717-838-8189.

Found dog – Around 9:45 a.m. April 28, a resident of the 100 block of South King Street in Annville found a loose dog on their property. The dog is a tan-and-white female Chihuahua without a collar or tags. Anyone who knows the owner of this dog should contact police at 717-838-8189.
