
Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA held its Annual Awards & Appreciation Reception on May 8, 2025, honoring outstanding individuals, organizations, and community partners who have contributed to the mission of service and support throughout the year.
The evening celebrated young voices through the Annual Poetry Contest, with winners recognized in two age categories. In the 7–11 age group, 1st place was awarded to Daisy Musser, 2nd place to Emma Trimble, and 3rd place to Sadie Henderson. In the 12–18 age group, Jaudrey Rosario took 1st place and Adelina Wolfe received 2nd place, with special recognition going to Mrs. O’Connor’s classroom for their collective contributions.
The organization also proudly awarded three $1,000 scholarships to outstanding local students: London Seiders (Annville-Cleona High School), Whitney Bartel (Lebanon High School), and Benjamin Clemmer (Northern Lebanon High School).
The prestigious President’s Award was presented to WellSpan Health for their continued support and partnership.

This year’s Impact Awards were given to Cool Beans Brew, the Lebanon YMCA, and Friends of Coleman Memorial Park for their meaningful contributions to the community.



Special recognition was given to three dedicated volunteers: Kathryn Bowman, Michelle Biever, and Tom Macchione, who have gone above and beyond in donating their time and energy to further the organization’s mission.
Guests were also treated to wonderful performances by talented youth entertainers John Holmes, Skyla Huyett, and Lizvette Liriano, whose music and dance brought energy and joy to the celebration.
