Drug possession – On May 20, police charged Abimael Pagan-Vera, 39, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 700 block of Lehman Street.

Simple assault – On May 17, police charged Brittany Blase, 31, after responding to the 300 block of Guilford Street for an assault.

Drug possession – On May 18, police charged Rafael Rodriguez, 38, with possession of drug paraphernalia after responding to the 900 block of Walnut Street for a disturbance.

Driving while suspended – On May 18, police charged Jose Lebron, 33, with driving while suspended (DUI-related) after a traffic stop on the 200 block of South 6th Street.

Simple assault – On May 18, police charged Isaiah Rodriguez, 30, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident on the 100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

Simple assault – On May 20, police charged Hector Frasqueri, 65, after responding to the 1500 block of Elm Street for an assault.

Open lewdness – On May 22, police charged Danny Quiles, 51, with indecent exposure and open lewdness after responding to the 300 block of Old North 9th Street for a report of a man exposing himself.

Public drunkenness – On May 20, police charged Jose Rivera-Morales, 40, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness after an incident on the 200 block of South Partridge Street.

Simple assault – On April 25, police charged Francis Nye, 37, after responding to the 700 block of Cumberland Street for an assault.

Residential burglary – Lebanon city police are attempting to identify the individual pictured below regarding a burglary in the Garden Oaks Apartment Complex on May 18 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Contact Patrolman Derolf with information or submit a tip through Crimewatch.

City police officer visits Lebanon Intermediate School – On May 16, Patrolman Whitman made a visit to Lebanon Intermediate School, where he educated students about the duties and responsibilities of a police officer. He provided them with an in-depth look into his daily tasks and answered questions. As a token of appreciation during Police Memorial Week, students gifted Patrolman Whitman with drawings and expressions of gratitude. Thank you to the staff and students at the Lebanon Intermediate School for allowing the Lebanon City Police Department to stop by and visit!

Third annual Cram-A-Cruiser – Some local law enforcement agencies teamed up with the James Biever Police-Community Alliance to host the third annual Cram-A-Cruiser event on May 17. The event gathered 1,856 pounds of nonperishable items, which will benefit Lebanon County Christian Ministries. The collective efforts of the community are remarkable, and the donation will undoubtedly make a positive impact. The Lebanon City Police Department thanks everyone who participated and made this event a success!

Lebanon County Regional

Retail theft – At 1:01 p.m. May 7, police responded to Hobby Lobby in North Lebanon Township, where Christina Bowman, 60, concealed 41 items worth $207.33 and left the store without paying, then hid the merchandise in a nearby bush. Bowman was apprehended by police a short distance from the store and charged with misdemeanor retail theft.

Unlawful use of computer, criminal conspiracy – On April 1, police responded to Giant Foods in North Cornwall Township, where an employee, Bridget McCallum, 18, used the store’s customer service computer to access another employee’s rewards account. McCallum then added rewards dollars to the account of Christina Orta in the amount of $500 without the store’s knowledge or authorization. Police charged McCallum with felony unlawful use of computer, felony computer trespass, and felony criminal conspiracy.

Drug possession – At 9:21 p.m. May 12, police responded to the 1800 block of SR 72 North in North Lebanon Township for a trespass complaint and found Amanda Sell, 34, who had a warrant for her arrest and was in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Police arrested Sell on the warrant and filed charges of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI – At 11:40 a.m. March 25, police were conducting a speed detail on Grace Avenue at Twigg Avenue in North Lebanon Township. Police pulled over a vehicle for speeding and identified the driver as Nicole Perez Solano, 29, who was under the influence of a controlled substance. Police charged her with DUI and maximum speed limits.

Curfew violations – At 11:01 p.m. May 16, police made contact with two juveniles in a parking lot at Rutter’s in West Lebanon Township and determined that they were violating curfew. Police contacted their parents/guardians and released the juveniles to the adults. Police filed citations for curfew violations against the juveniles.

Disorderly conduct – At 11:01 p.m. May 16, police observed a vehicle driving recklessly in the parking lot at Rutter’s in West Lebanon Township and charged the 19-year-old male driver with disorderly conduct.

Harassment – On May 10, police responded to the 1800 block of Creek Lane in North Cornwall Township for a road rage incident and charged a 33-year-old man with summary harassment.

Public drunkenness – On May 5, police responded to Target in North Cornwall Township for a possible intoxicated subject. Police located a 57-year-old woman who was under the influence of alcohol and charged her with summary public drunkenness.

Possession of alcohol by a minor – At 1:23 a.m. April 29, police responded to Sheetz in North Cornwall Township, where an 18-year-old woman had concealed several alcoholic beverages before police confronted her inside the store. Police charged the woman with summary possession of alcohol by a minor.

Criminal mischief – At 4:39 p.m. April 18, police responded to the 1200 block of East Old Cumberland Street in North Lebanon Township, where they found a 43-year-old man spray-painting the abutment of a bridge. The man fled from police on foot and was taken into custody on East Lehman Street after a chase. Police charged the man with summary criminal mischief and summary evading arrest or detention on foot.

Harassment – At 2:20 p.m. May 3, police responded to Moyer Nissan in West Lebanon Township, where a 30-year-old man struck another person in the hand, chest, and face. Police charged the man with summary harassment.

Drug possession – On May 21, police received a trespassing complaint on the 1900 block of West Cumberland Street in West Lebanon Township. Police made contact with Deron Wiles, 53, and found that Wiles had a warrant through MDJ Dissinger’s office. Police also found that Wiles was in possession of a plastic baggie containing crack cocaine, arrested him, and charged him with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

South Lebanon Township

Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer – Around 7:53 p.m. May 6, Jonas Stoltzfuz, 21, failed to stop his motorcycle for a South Lebanon Township police officer who attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the 1000 block of South 5th Avenue. Stoltzfuz was apprehended a short time later in a nearby alleyway. Police charged him with misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, summary no passing zones, summary proper class of license required, summary careless driving, and summary registration and certificate of title required.

Drug possession – On May 12, police conducted a pedestrian stop with Mario Rosario, 28, on South Lincoln Avenue and discovered that Rosario was in possession of controlled substances. Police charged Rosario with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (psilocybin mushrooms) and misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 1:47 p.m. May 16, police responded to Mount Wilson and Mount Gretna roads for a crash with injuries. Police found that a driver fell asleep and caused a head-on collision. Both drivers, a 23-year-old Mount Gretna man and a 19-year-old Lebanon man, sustained injuries and were transported to receive medical care.

Vehicle accident – At 11:17 p.m. May 16, police responded to the 1200 block of Mine Road, where a 34-year-old Elizabethtown man reported that he was driving home from work when he struck a deer on the road. The driver sustained no injuries.

Criminal mischief – At 12:06 p.m. May 19, police responded to the 100 block of Fox Road for a report of a firecracker in a mailbox. On the same date, police received a similar complaint on the same road. Anyone with information regarding this attempted vandalism is asked to contact South Londonderry Township police.

Vehicle accident – At 6:30 p.m. May 19, police responded to the intersection of Horseshoe Pike and Lawn Road for a crash. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 29-year-old Lebanon woman attempted to overtake a vehicle driven by a 37-year-old Harrisburg woman on the right, striking the vehicle. A juvenile passenger was transported to an area hospital for evaluation and treatment. Campbelltown Fire Company assisted on the scene. Police charged the Lebanon woman with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Vehicle accident – Around 6:09 a.m. May 13, police responded to the 1600 block of Mount Wilson Road for a crash. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Manheim man slid off the road while moving to the right for a passing motorist.

West Cornwall Township

Vehicle accident – At 2:39 p.m. May 20, a motorcycle driven by a 27-year-old woman was traveling east in the area of the 400 block of Horseshoe Pike when it swerved off the road and landed on its side. The woman sustained no injuries. The motorcycle was operable.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Harassment – At 8:11 p.m. May 16, police responded to the 200 block of East Oak Street in Palmyra for a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that a 52-year-old woman scratched and bit another person. A non-traffic citation was issued on the scene, charging the woman with summary harassment.

Theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property – On April 18, police responded to the 300 block of North Railroad Street in Palmyra for a theft of an e-bike. A juvenile allegation was filed against an 11-year-old male juvenile for one count each of felony theft by unlawful taking, felony receiving stolen property, and summary criminal trespass, and four summary traffic violations.

Defiant trespass – At 10:26 a.m. May 16, police responded to Sheetz in Palmyra for a loitering complaint. Police determined that Donovan Davis, 23, was previously involved in loitering incidents on the property. Police arrested Davis and transported him to LCCB for misdemeanor defiant trespass.

DUI – At 12:51 p.m. May 3, police pulled over a vehicle on the 100 block of East Main Street in Palmyra for traffic violations. Police identified the driver of the vehicle as Vickie Berardone, 71, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Police charged her with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving and two summary traffic violations.

Cruelty to animals – At 4:06 p.m. May 16, police responded to the 400 block of North Chestnut Street in Palmyra for two dogs locked inside a vehicle. Witnesses said the dogs had been inside the vehicle since 3 a.m. Police arrived on the scene and found both dogs were overheated and panting excessively. The temperature outside the vehicle was 82 degrees. Police located the dogs’ owner, a 45-year-old woman, and charged her with summary cruelty to animals.

DUI, drug possession – On May 7, charges of three counts of misdemeanor DUI-drug, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Danielle Pallozzi, 37. Charges stem from an incident on Oct. 14 on the 300 block of North Forge Road in Palmyra.

Bench warrant served – Around 5:52 p.m. May 21, police pulled over a black Mazda CX 5 on the 900 block of East Main Street in Palmyra. Police identified the driver as Tod Eckert, 35, of Hummelstown and determined he had an active bench warrant out of the Dauphin County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, with the original charge being DUI. Police confirmed the warrant and transported Eckert to LCCB.

Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents – On April 28, police pulled over a vehicle on the 600 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for displaying counterfeit inspection stickers. Police identified the driver as Guy Rebman, 49. This is the second time in a month that Rebman was caught displaying counterfeit inspection stickers on a vehicle. Police also found that Rebman was operating without a driver’s license, with 21 prior offenses for driving while suspended. Charges were filed against Rebman for misdemeanor altered, forged, or counterfeit documents, summary driving while suspended, and summary violations on use of certificate of inspection.

National Police Week – During National Police Week, Chief Winters participated in the Law Enforcement United Long Ride and the Road Hope Ride.

The Law Enforcement United Long Ride occurs in California, during which officers make memorial stops to remember fallen officers. The Road to Hope Ride is a three-day ride in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, for which officers raise money to participate and then converge on Washington for National Police Week.

Over the course of 11 days, 1,117 miles were ridden and over 60 memorial stops were made. All money raised goes to the Officer Down Memorial Page, the Concerns of Police Survivors, and the Spirit of Blue Foundation.
