Bethel Township

Vehicle accident, driving while suspended – At 7:34 a.m. June 25, a crash occurred when a 2012 Kia driven by a 41-year-old Reading man, accompanied by a 25-year-old West Lawn man, was traveling west on Stracks Dam Road and failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the intersection with Mount Zion Road. A 2004 Chevrolet Colorado driven by a 38-year-old Lebanon woman was northbound on Mount Zion Road and struck the Kia. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts, and no injuries were reported. Police charged the driver of the Kia with duties at stop signs and the driver of the Chevrolet with driving while suspended.

City of Lebanon

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 15-year-old juvenile after an incident on June 4 on the 1200 block of Maple Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 24-year-old man after an incident on June 5 on the 600 block of Steel Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 63-year-old woman after an incident at 8:20 a.m. June 5 on the 1000 block of Federal Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 65-year-old man after an incident at 8:20 a.m. June 5 on the 100 block of Federal Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 34-year-old resident after an incident on June 6 on the 800 block of Scull Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 43-year-old man after an incident at 3:47 p.m. June 6 on the 700 block of North 7th Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 29-year-old woman after an incident at 3:12 p.m. June 6 on the 100 block of North 9th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 24-year-old man after an incident on June 6 on the 600 block of Steel Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 51-year-old man and a 45-year-old man after an incident at 4:45 p.m. June 8 in the area of Jones and Scull streets.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 19-year-old woman with public drunkenness and open container after an incident at 4:29 a.m. June 20 in the area of Willow and Jones streets.

Retail theft, alcohol offense – Police charged two juveniles after an incident on June 21 on the 700 block of East Lehman Street.

Open container – Police charged a 63-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man after an incident at 10:19 p.m. June 21 on the 800 block of Monument Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 44-year-old man after an incident at 9 p.m. June 24 on the 300 block of North 12th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 20-year-old man after an incident at 11:59 p.m. June 24 on the 200 block of South 10th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 54-year-old woman after an incident at 6:07 p.m. June 25 on the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.

Curfew violation – Police charged a 14-year-old juvenile after an incident at 1:35 a.m. June 26 on the 200 block of South 12th Street.

Evading arrest on foot – Police charged an 18-year-old man after an incident at 9:08 p.m. June 27 on the 00 block of North 5th Street.

Retail theft – Police charged a 34-year-old man after an incident on June 29 on the 900 block of Church Street.

Harassment, disorderly conduct – Police charged a 20-year-old woman after an incident on June 30 on the 800 block of Cumberland Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 21-year-old resident after an incident on June 30 on the 800 block of Cumberland Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 30-year-old man after an incident at 11:16 p.m. June 29 in the area of Lehman and North 6th streets.

Curfew violation – Police charged a 16-year-old female juvenile after an incident at 12:35 a.m. June 30 in the area of 13th Street.

Drug possession – On June 21, police charged Christian Serrano-Perez, 45, with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 300 block of North 5th Street.

Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer – On June 23, police charged Logan Creswell, 20, with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct after an attempted traffic stop on the 1200 block of Maple Street.

Retail theft – On June 27, police charged Jennifer Ocasio-Santiago, 33, after an incident on the 800 block of Bowman Street.

Simple assault – On June 29, police charged John Workman, 40, with simple assault (domestic violence-related), unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and driving while suspended after police responded to the 900 block of Quentin Road for a report of a domestic disturbance.

DUI, disorderly conduct – On June 29, police charged Christopher Davies, 50, with DUI-alcohol, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct after police responded to the area of 8th and Locust streets for a well-being check.

DUI – On July 2, police charged Ariel Cortes, 19, with DUI-controlled substance and driving without a license after a traffic stop in the area of East Lehman Street and North 2nd Avenue.

Jonestown Borough

Public drunkenness – Around 12:34 a.m. June 29, police responded to the 100 block of South King Street in Jonestown for a male stumbling in the ABC Laundromat on South Lancaster and South King streets, with the potential to endanger himself, other people, and property, or annoy others in his vicinity. Police charged the 25-year-old Jonestown man with public drunkenness.

Lebanon County Regional

Receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy – At 9:23 a.m. June 13, police responded to the 100 block of Roberts Circle in North Lebanon Township for a stolen vehicle after a 17-year-old male juvenile posted a video on social media while driving the stolen vehicle on Cedar Crest Drive. The video on social media was used to identify the juvenile, who was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, driving without a license, and a curfew violation.

Arrest warrant – Around 1:43 a.m. June 24, police responded to the area of Cumberland and South 16th streets after a previously reported stolen vehicle was observed in the area. Police observed the stolen vehicle crash on South 20th Street in North Cornwall Township and saw three suspects flee from the vehicle, one of whom was identitied as Kelvin Rivera Alvarado, 18. Police charged him with receiving stolen property, and a felony arrest warrant was obtained. Bench warrant served – On June 26, police pulled over a vehicle driven by Joshua Etterman, 42, on the 700 block of North 22nd Street for a traffic violation. During the stop, police learned that Etterman had a bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office, took Etterman into custody, and transported him to LCCB.

Arrest warrant – On June 27, MDJ Wolfe issued an arrest warrant for David Hartman, 57, for a retail theft at Walmart filed by the Lebanon County Regional Police Department. If you have information on Hartman’s whereabouts, contact Lebanon County Regional Police or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

Simple assault, terroristic threats – At 1:35 a.m. June 28, police responded to a home in Northcrest Acres Park, North Lebanon Township, where Maximillion Stoner, 27, allegedly pointed a Beretta pistol at his brother and made threats of violence, causing his brother to flee the residence and meet with police at a nearby business. Police took Stoner into custody and charged him with simple assault, terroristic threats, and harassment.

Arrest warrant – At around 12:21 p.m. June 28, Elvin Vazquez-Ramos, 45, stole merchandise from Kohl’s in North Cornwall Township. Vazquez-Ramos has a felony arrest warrant for the incident. Ordinance violation – On June 29, police responded to the 800 block of East Maple Street in North Lebanon Township for a noise complaint and made contact with a 37-year-old man who was playing music at an unreasonable volume. Police charged the man with disorderly conduct, a North Lebanon Township ordinance violation.

Millcreek Township

DUI crash – At 11:34 p.m. June 6, a crash while a 2022 Subaru Outback driven by Patrick Adams, 28, of Newmanstown, was traveling east on North Sheridan Road. Adams lost control of the Subaru and struck the guide rail, which caused the vehicle to spin. The Subaru was towed from the scene by RJ Sells Towing. Newmanstown Fire Department Fire Police and EMS assisted on the scene. Adams was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries, but police said he exhibited signs of impairment due to alcohol, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, and submitted to a blood draw. Police charged Adams with DUI-unsafe driving.

Theft of motor vehicle – Police are investigating the theft of an orange and white 2023 KTM dirtbike and an orange and white 2021 KTM dirtbike from a 26-year-old Newmanstown man’s shed on June 7 between 1 and 6 a.m. on the 00 block of Evergreen Way Drive. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Jonestown.

Myerstown Borough

Theft of motor vehicle – Sometime between 9 p.m. June 24 and 4:47 a.m. June 25, a yellow 2012 Ford Focus owned by a 45-year-old Myerstown man was stolen on South Cherry Street. The vehicle was unlocked, and the key was inside.

South Lebanon Township

Aggressive driving enforcement – South Lebanon Township Police will join Pennsylvania State Police and about 300 municipal agencies to conduct a targeted aggressive driving enforcement wave from July 7 through Aug. 17.

The goal of targeted enforcement is to reduce the number of aggressive driving-related crashes, injuries, and deaths on roadways throughout the state. Any aggressive driver stopped by the police will receive a ticket.

The enforcement wave will focus on heavy truck violations, tailgating, red light running, and pedestrian safety. Motorists exhibiting other unsafe behaviors, such as speeding, driving too fast for conditions, following too closely, or other aggressive actions, will also be cited.

The enforcement is part of Pennsylvania’s Highway Safety Program and is funded by part of PennDOT’s investment of federal funds from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. For more information on aggressive driving, visit PennDOT.pa.gov/Safety.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – Around 5:01 p.m. June 28, police came upon a crash at the intersection of Horseshoe Pike and Lawn Road, rendered aid to an injured party, and summoned the fire department and EMS. Police determined that a 31-year-old Palmyra man was traveling west on an electric scooter on the east shoulder and reportedly struck a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Palmyra male.

Theft by unlawful taking – Around 6:20 p.m. June 28, police responded to Flightpath Mini Storage in Palmyra, where it was reported that several items were stolen from a storage unit. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to contact South Londonderry Township Police.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Disorderly conduct, harassment – At 8:25 p.m. June 11, police responded to the 00 block of South Chestnut Street in Palmyra, where a 20-year-old man was screaming profanities and insulting nearby residents. Police charged the man with disorderly conduct and harassment and issued him a disruptive conduct report.

Drug possession – At 1:36 p.m. June 19, police located Shannon March, 37, on the 300 block of West Main Street in Palmyra. March was known to have a bench warrant out of Dauphin County for possession of a controlled substance. Police arrested March without incident and transported her to LCCB. During the arrest, police found that March was in possession of cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Separate charges of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia were filed.

Disorderly conduct – Around 11:50 a.m. June 23, police responded to First National Bank in Palmyra, where police determined that a 39-year-old man had engaged in threatening/fighting behavior. On June 24, a non-traffic citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging him with summary disorderly conduct.

Several Lebanon County municipalities

  • Close your windows. Cracked = broken into.
  • Get in and go. Don’t sit and scroll or text in the driver’s seat.
  • Park smart. Well-lit. Busy spots. Eyes up and attentive.

There were 21,144 vehicles stolen across Pennsylvania in 2024. Don’t make it easy for thieves; simple habits make all the difference. Stay alert, lock up, and keep your ride — and everything in it — safe all season long.
