Lebanon County residents can get a free flu shot this fall without getting out of their cars.

Penn State Health will host the drive-through clinic on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. According to a release from Penn State Health spokesman Scott Gilbert, shots will be offered free of charge to anyone age 3 or older.

No medical insurance or ID is needed to receive the shot.

The clinic will be held at Lebanon High School, 1000 S. 8th Street, Lebanon. Reservations are suggested to reduce wait time but are not required. Specific time slots can be reserved online.

Gilbert noted in the release that people getting the shot should wear loose-fitting clothing so providers can access their upper arms.

The event will be held rain or shine. In case of bad weather, the clinic will be moved into the high school atrium.
