If you are a Community Homes resident, you have found a safe, clean, and affordable place to live, as well as a community of neighbors with much in common.

“I love where I live” – It is a common theme among residents.

But perhaps the biggest plus to a resident is the availability of the Resident Services Department, which helps coordinate the connection to the multiple outside services that make living independently a manageable way of life.

The Resident Services team works closely with Lebanon County community partners to coordinate needed programs and services. Life gets easier with each connection.

After determining your specific needs as a resident, your assigned Resident Services Coordinator “quarterbacks” contacts with outside help that could include housekeeping, personal care, legal services, income tax referrals, rent rebates, health insurance, forms for assistance programs, meals on wheels, transportation, disability services, financial assistance, community activities, technical support, entertainment/movies, low-impact exercises, and programs through Lebanon County services. These are a few examples.

“People like Resident Services team members Lori Weise and Bonnie Heist have received special training to do their jobs,” said Community Homes CEO Charlie Rush. “The 300-plus residents are very glad they have this support available to them.”

Community Homes Resident Services Coordinator Lori Weise wins an award.
