6 – 303.11 Intensity-Lighting
Lighting in the walk-in cooler was very limited due to the light shield being painted green. Please repair or replace the light shield.

4 – 601.11(A) Equipment, Food Contact Surfaces, Non-Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils
Can opener blade and three tongs, food contact surfaces, were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch. Corrected. Moved to dish.

7 – 201.11 Separation-Storage
Round-up sprayer bottle stored in the prep area on top of bags of flour. Corrected. Two spray bottles of chemical cleaner at the front counter were not labeled with common name. Corrected.
