Goodwill Keystone will celebrate the grand opening of its relocated Lebanon store and donation center Monday at 1860 Quentin Road with an 11 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new location, situated at the end of a plaza near Giant and Staples, replaces the organization’s previous Lebanon store. Along with a Palmyra store at 901 E. Main St., Goodwill Keystone employs 50 people in Lebanon County.

“We’re thrilled to open this new, convenient location in Lebanon for our donors, shoppers, and team members,” said Edward Lada, Goodwill Keystone president and CEO. “New store, same friendly Goodwill faces, and same community.”

The store opens at 9 a.m. Monday with special grand opening activities including refreshments, free reusable bags with purchases while supplies last, hourly gift card raffles, and visits with Santa from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Beyond accepting donations of clothing and housewares, the location offers free electronics recycling for items in any condition. Working electronics are sold to support Goodwill’s mission, while e-waste is recycled through partner Reworld.

In 2024, Goodwill Keystone diverted more than 30 million pounds of materials from landfills and processed over 45 million pounds of donations across its 22-county service area in central and southeastern Pennsylvania.

The Lebanon store will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Weis did not previously respond to request for comment about its plans for the former Goodwill space at 798 S. 12th St., but it is listed for lease by Metro Commercial. The price is stated as “negotiable.”
