Bethel Township
Vehicle accident – At 6:09 a.m. Nov. 23, a 2004 Hummer HU2 driven by a 62-year-old Baltimore woman, accompanied by a 44-year-old Rosedale, Maryland, D woman, was eastbound on I78 and exited at the off-ramp. The Hummer approached the intersection of Pine Grove Road without stopping at the stop sign, continuing through the intersection, striking a guide rail, and traveling down an embankment. The Hummer sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Both occupants were uninjured and refused medical treatment. Police charged the driver with duties at stop signs.
City of Lebanon
Cruelty to animals – Around 1 p.m. June 26, police responded to the 1100 block of Meily Street for an animal cruelty complaint and determined that Thomas Dennis, 63, shot a neighborhood cat with a BB gun. The cat needed to be euthanized due to the extent of its injuries. Police charged Dennis with cruelty to animals.
Public drunkenness, drug possession – Around 5:16 p.m. July 29, police responded to the 400 block of North 12th Street for an intoxicated person. Police made contact with James Eckert, 41, and located a suspected controlled substance on his person. Following the receipt of lab results, police charged Eckert with public drunkenness and possession of a controlled substance.
Drug possession – Around 4:30 p.m. Sept. 5, police took Donavin Frescatore, 23, into custody on the 500 block of Weidman Street. Frescatore had an active arrest warrant. While taking Frescatore into custody, police discovered a controlled substance on his person. Police charged Frescatore with possession of a controlled substance.
Endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors – Around 4 p.m. Sept. 29, police responded to the 700 block of Hanover Street for a fight call. Police determined that Haniquia McQueen, 33, brought her minor child to the area with the intention that both she and her child would engage in a fight with two other minors. Police charged McQueen with multiple offenses related to the fight and child endangerment, including endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
Drug possession, driving while suspended – Around 12 p.m. Nov. 20, police pulled over a vehicle on the 400 block of North 13th Street and determined that Jhon Vasquez, 31, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Vasquez with possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended.
Heidelberg Township
Vehicle accident – At 11:09 a.m. Nov. 19, a 2012 Toyota Corolla driven by a 70-year-old Newmanstown man was stopped at a stop sign, facing east on Reistville Road. A 2020 Ford driven by a 67-year-old Shillington man was traveling south on SR 501. The Toyota continued east on Reistville Road and was struck by the Ford. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts, were uninjured, and refused medical treatment. Police charged the driver of the Toyota with duties at stop signs.
Lebanon County Regional
PFA order violation – At 1:15 p.m. Nov. 19, police investigated a possible PFA violation on the 100 block of South 22nd Street in North Cornwall Township, determined that Eleuterio Reyes-Deleon Jr., 50, violated a protection from abuse order, and charged Reyes-Deleon accordingly.
Retail theft – At 3:54 p.m. Nov. 20, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township after a 46-year-old woman stole merchandise. Police charged the woman with summary retail theft.
DUI, careless driving – At 2:03 p.m. Oct. 13, police responded to the 1600 block of Chestnut Street in North Cornwall Township for a crash. The investigation revealed that Edwin Miller, 68, was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Police charged Miller with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance and summary careless driving.
DUI, careless driving – On Oct. 12, police charged Heath Music, 45, with DUI-high rate, DUI-combination of alcohol and controlled substance-incapable of safe driving, DUI-controlled substance, DUI-general impairment, careless driving, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Charges stem from a crash on Aug. 25 at Colebrook and Spangler roads in which Music was found to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance after he crashed his vehicle into a utility pole.
Hit-and-run, DUI – At 3:39 a.m. June 28, police responded to the 2200 block of Colebrook Road in North Cornwall Township for a hit-and-run. Police discovered road signs down, property damage, and vehicle parts scattered in the front yard of a home and on the road. A few minutes later, police spotted a suspect vehicle occupied in an apartment complex parking lot in Lebanon. Police identified the driver and vehicle owner as Marco Mejia-Flores, 27. Mejia-Flores’ vehicle sustained substantial damage. Police found Mejia-Flores was intoxicated. Police charged Mejia-Flores with two counts of misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance, summary accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, summary careless driving, and summary driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Holiday Fill-A-Cruiser event – On Saturday, Nov. 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Lebanon County Regional Police Department joined the Lebanon City Police Department and the Cornwall Borough Police Department at Target in Lebanon for a Holiday Fill-A-Cruiser event benefiting Lebanon County families this holiday season. Officers and members of the Lebanon FOP Police Auxiliary collected cash, toys, non-perishable items, and personal hygiene products from generous shoppers. Three police cruisers were filled to their limits with items. The police department is so thankful to all who donated at the event. It will certainly help to brighten the holidays for so many families in need.
South Lebanon Township
Simple assault – Around 2:20 a.m. Sept. 26, police responded to the 2000 block of Railroad Street where two males had assaulted another man. Police identified the suspects as Joshua Zimmerman, 42, and Erik Oxenreider, 44, and charged both with misdemeanor simple assault.
Receiving stolen property – Around 6:50 p.m. Nov. 19, police located a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of Home Depot in Lebanon. Police charged the driver, Justice Arnold, 24, with felony receiving stolen property.
DUI – Around 8:36 p.m. Nov. 1, police pulled over a vehicle along East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Jasmine Bonet, 38, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Police charged Bonet with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving and misdemeanor DUI-high rate of alcohol.
Identity theft, theft by deception – On Oct. 26, police responded to Lebanon Federal Credit Union on East Evergreen Road and learned that on Oct. 15, Nytel Defendini, 50, opened a bank account using another person’s identity and a fraudulent check. Police charged Defendini with felony identity theft, felony theft by deception, felony access device fraud, felony forgery, and misdemeanor violations concerning licenses.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 6:26 p.m. Nov. 21, police responded to the 2200 block of South Forge Road for a crash involving a deer. Police determined that a large deer entered the road, striking the driver’s side of a vehicle driven by a 63-year-old Mount Gretna man.
Western Lebanon County Regional
DUI, fleeing and eluding – Police arrested Pabi Bajgai, 31, and charged her with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, felony fleeing and eluding, and four summary traffic violations after a traffic stop at 8:32 p.m. Nov. 25 on the 200 block of West Main Street in Palmyra.

The Franklin House, 101 N. Market St., Schaefferstown – Sold, furnished, and/or gave liquor and/or malt or brewed beverages on Sunday after 2 a.m., in violation of Sections 406(a)(2) and 493(16) of the Liquor Code.
Ninth Ward Café, 210 E. Weidman St., Lebanon – Failed to maintain complete and truthful records covering the operation of the licensed business for a period of two years immediately preceding Sept. 18, 2025, in violation of Section 493(12) of the Liquor Code.
Lincoln Republican Club, 21 S. 9th St., Lebanon – Possessed or operated gambling devices or paraphernalia or permitted gambling or lotteries, poolselling, and/or bookmaking on the licensed premises, in violation of Section 471 of the Liquor Code and Sections 5512 and/or 5513 of the Crimes Code.
Just Wing It, 18 E. Main St., Annville – Transported malt or brewed beverages without a license, in violation of Section 492(8) of the Liquor Code. Failed to ensure the board-approved manager completed RAMP owner/manager training within the past two years, in violation of Section 471.1(g) of the Liquor Code and Section 5.203 of the Liquor Control Board Regulations, 40 PA Code.
