The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has scheduled utility pole replacement work this week on Richland Avenue (Route 2011) in Myerstown.
The project will range between Broad and Railroad streets. Weather permitting, the work will be performed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting today – Monday, Jan. 19 – and continuing through the week, including the weekend if needed.
There will be lane closures under flagging on Richland Avenue, PennDOT spokesman Dave Thompson said in a press release. Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
More information about PennDOT’s planned and active construction projects is available online.
