Annville-Cleona, ELCO, Northern Lebanon, Lebanon, and Palmyra Area school districts have announced two-hour delays for Tuesday, Jan. 20, out of concerns for drifting and refreezing roads.
The Lebanon County Career & Technology Center, Our Lady of the Cross, and New Covenant Christian School have also issued two-hour delays.
Cornwall-Lebanon School District was already scheduled to be closed for an in-service day.
Annville-Cleona School District
Annville-Cleona School District is operating on a two-hour delay schedule for Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Due to well-below-freezing temperatures and the snow drifts, the Annville-Cleona School District and all buildings will operate on a two-hour delay for in-person learning on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
For the two-hour delay, each building will use a modified schedule. The start time for the Secondary School is at 9:30 a.m., and the start times for both Annville Elementary and Cleona Elementary are at 10:50 a.m. Full-time and AM CTC students will depart from A-C at 9:30 a.m. Bus/van transportation will be about two hours later than the normal pick-up time to account for the delay.
Cornwall-Lebanon School District
Cornwall-Lebanon School District was already planned to be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 20, for a professional learning day.
Eastern Lebanon County School District (ELCO)
ELCO is operating on a two-hour delay schedule for Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Due to the inclement weather on Tuesday and the concern for drifting overnight and the refreezing of road surfaces, the ELCO School District will operate on a two-hour delay, Wednesday morning, January 17, 2024. Additionally, we will follow a modified Kindergarten schedule:
