A food employee was observed in the production area wearing hair ties on their wrist.

Ceiling tiles and the wall above the oven were observed with an accumulation of dust.

No sign or poster was posted at the handwash sink in the restroom area to remind food employees to wash their hands. Provided signage and placed. Corrected.

Water continued to run from the soap dispenser when not in use. Needed to be repaired.
