A 52-year-old Lebanon city resident faces multiple charges following a police investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct with a juvenile.
Danny Quiles was arrested Wednesday on the 1200 block of Bittner Boulevard, according to the Lebanon City Police Department.
Police said the investigation also revealed allegations that Quiles engaged in sexual intercourse with an animal. No additional details were released to protect the privacy of the minor victim.
According to court records, Quiles was arraigned Friday morning in front of Magisterial District Judge Kim R. Wolfe. He was remanded to Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail, which was set at $250,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 26 at 8 a.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge Aurelis Figueroa.
Quiles faces 13 felony charges, among them rape, sexual assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment, as well as three misdemeanors, including indecent exposure and sexual intercourse with animal. The date of the offenses is listed on the docket as Jan. 1, 2024.
