Drug possession – Police charged Shawn Richards, 41, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police contact around 5 p.m. Dec. 5 on the 500 block of Oak Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Jamie Gonzalez Ferrer, 57, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident around 8:30 a.m. Feb. 24 on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Issac Cortes, 19, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop around 11:45 p.m. March 8 on the 200 block of South 10th Street.
DUI, careless driving – Police charged Dane Warfield, 35, with DUI and careless driving after a crash around 10:45 p.m. April 10 on the 00 block of North 5th Street.
Retail theft, drug possession – Police charged Juan Estrada, 70, with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident around 9:30 a.m. May 7 on the 800 block of Bowman Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Jayvan Polanco, 30, with possession of a designer drug and possession of drug paraphernalia after a trespass complaint around 12:45 a.m. May 9 on the 00 block of North 12th Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged Ynel Rivera-Meregildo, 28, with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident around 2:30 p.m. May 10 on the 400 block of Jones Street.
Simple assault – Police charged Estrella Mitchell, 21, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after a domestic incident around 11:50 p.m. May 10 on the 00 block of North 5th Street.
DUI – Around 10:57 p.m. May 16, police attempted to pull over a black 2019 Dodge Charger on the 1500 block of Willow Street for a summary traffic violation. The driver, 18-year-old Kareem Stoner of Lebanon, failed to stop and continued traveling east on Willow Street toward 12th Street. Upon pulling into a parking lot on the 00 block of North 12th Street, Stoner was uncooperative, argumentative, and combative with police requests for identification and investigation. Police forcibly removed Stoner from the vehicle and placed him under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Further investigation revealed that he was operating the vehicle while suspended and in possession of illegal drugs. Police charged Stoner and detained him in LCCB pending arraignment in front of the on-call MDJ.
National Police Week – In observance of National Police Week (May 11-16), the Lebanon City Police Department and surrounding Lebanon County agencies held a ceremony on Tuesday, May 12, to honor the brave law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The police department remembers their courage, honors their legacy of service, and stands in unwavering support of their families. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.


The Road to Hope – On Sunday, May 10, Lebanon City Police Department’s Detective Underkoffler proudly rode alongside the Law Enforcement United (LEU) Pennsylvania Division, honoring the lives and legacies of fallen brothers and sisters.
The journey began in Reading, where riders paused to honor Officer Mike Wise and Officer Scott Wertz, remembering their sacrifice and service. From there, they rode to the Lebanon City Police Department to pay tribute to Lt. William Lebo, a hero forever etched in the hearts of this community.
The ride continued through South Londonderry Township, honoring Sgt. Sheryl Pierce, before traveling on to York, where the riders stood in remembrance of Detective Baker, Detective Becker, Detective Emenheiser, and Officer Duarte.
Each mile ridden carried a name, a memory, and a promise that these heroes will never be forgotten. The LEU Pennsylvania Division completed its annual Road to Hope commemorative bicycle ride, a 250‑mile, three‑day journey to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, May 12.
Lebanon City Police are incredibly proud of Detective Underkoffler and all those who ride to ensure the courage, sacrifice, and service of fallen officers live on forever.


Slice to meet you: LHS JROTC and Lebanon City Police – Lebanon City Police had the opportunity to visit Lebanon High School to share lunch with members of the JROTC program. It was a great opportunity to connect, build relationships, and support these dedicated students in developing leadership, discipline, and a strong sense of service. Heidelberg Township
Vehicle accident – At 1:01 p.m. Feb. 5, a 2004 GMC Yukon driven by a 68-year-old Lititz man was traveling west on Distillery Road when the man lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a right curve and struck a tree. The man was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Schaefferstown EMS to Lancaster General Hospital. The GMC was towed by Zimmey’s Automotive Towing. Police charged the man with driving vehicle at a safe speed.
Lebanon County Regional
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – Around 8:45 a.m. March 5, police responded to the 00 block of Walden Road in North Cornwall Township for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed that the vehicle was taken by Ashli Curry, 53, who retained the vehicle beyond the agreed-upon use. Police charged Curry with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Conspiracy-retail theft, hindering apprehension or prosecution – At 1:33 p.m. March 12, police responded to Target in North Cornwall Township for a retail theft. The investigation revealed that Ramon Mercado Perez, 51, conspired with another man to commit retail theft at Target. Mercado Perez transported the other man and hindered his apprehension while attempts were being made to locate him. Police charged Mercado Perez with conspiracy-retail theft and hindering apprehension or prosecution.
Drug possession – At 3:13 p.m. March 16, police responded to the 1200 block of East Lehman Street in North Lebanon Township for a traffic violation and found that Gavin Rohrbach, 25, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Rohrbach with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Theft of lost or mislaid property – On March 17, police responded to Weavertown Terrace in North Lebanon Township for a theft investigation after Dawn Myers, 63, was found to be in possession of three packages that did not belong to her. Police charged Myers with theft of lost or mislaid property.
DUI – At 8:10 p.m. March 17, police responded to the 2000 block of Colebrook Road in North Cornwall Township for a crash. The investigation revealed that the driver, Katelyn Monette, 22, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Police arrested Monette and charged her with two counts of misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance.
Drug possession – At 4:03 p.m. March 21, police initiated a drug investigation at Chick-fil-A in North Cornwall Township and found that Derek Zug, 32, was in possession of a controlled substance in the parking lot. Police charged Zug with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Retail theft – Around 9:59 a.m. March 23, police responded to Target in North Cornwall Township for a retail theft that occurred on March 22. After reviewing surveillance video footage, police identified the suspect as Ashley Jo Sutherly, 40, and charged her with retail theft.
Retail theft – On March 24, police responded to Boscov’s in West Lebanon Township for a retail theft. The subject exited the store after attempting to steal merchandise and fled the scene once confronted by Boscov’s asset protection. Responding officers located and identified the subject as Christofer Duran, 18, and charged him with misdemeanor retail theft.
DUI, careless driving – At 10:46 p.m. April 3, police responded to the 1200 block of State Route 72 North in North Lebanon Township for a crash. The investigation revealed that Jean Nuttall, 70, operated a vehicle while intoxicated, causing the single-vehicle crash. Police charged Nuttall with DUI-alcohol or a controlled substance, DUI-alcohol-BAC 0.16% or higher, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and careless driving.
Retail theft – Police charged Ashley Jo Sutherly, 40, with retail theft. The charge stems from an April 10 incident at Target in North Cornwall Township, where she failed to pay for $280.95 worth of merchandise.
Simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – On April 16, police responded to the 2100 block of Church Street in West Lebanon Township for a fight in progress. Police found that Maria Valentin, 46, came to the residence to get some items. An argument began between Valentin and Holly Ondeck, 49, which led to a physical altercation between them. During the fight, Ondeck’s dog bit Valentin twice. Police arrested Valentin and Ondeck and charged Valentin with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct, and charged Ondeck with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and confinement of dogs.
PFA order violation – At 11:06 p.m. April 17, police responded to the 900 block of Laurel Street in North Lebanon Township for a PFA violation. The investigation revealed that Brandon Soboleski, 33, violated a PFA order by calling the other person multiple times. Police charged Soboleski with a PFA order violation.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – Around 7:35 a.m. April 18, police responded to the 300 block of Sunset Lane in North Lebanon Township for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police spoke with a woman who said her great-granddaughter, Aija Rivera, 21, came to her house on the evening of April 17 and took her vehicle without permission. Several family members contacted Rivera and told her she needed to return the vehicle immediately or they would contact the police. Rivera ignored the warnings and kept the vehicle. Police apprehended Rivera while she was in possession of the vehicle in the late morning hours of April 18 in Reading and transferred her to LCCB.
DUI, careless driving – At 4:44 p.m. April 18, police responded to the 1700 block of Route 72 in North Lebanon Township for a crash. The investigation revealed that James Wakefield Jr., 42, operated a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Police charged Wakefield with DUI-controlled substance and careless driving.
Disorderly conduct, purchase, consumption, possession, transportation of alcohol – At 11:10 p.m. April 23, police responded to Rutter’s in West Lebanon Township, where a 27-year-old woman, two 23-year-old men, a 22-year-old man, a 20-year-old man, and an 18-year-old man were involved in a fight on the property. Police found that the 20-year-old man was under the influence of alcohol while under the age of 21. Police charged the 27-year-old woman, the two 23-year-old men, the 22-year-old man, and the 18-year-old man with disorderly conduct. Police charged the 20-year-old man with disorderly conduct, purchase, consumption, possession, transportation of alcohol, and public drunkenness.
Retail theft, conspiracy-retail theft, false identification to law enforcement – At noon on May 2, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft involving three female juveniles. An investigation revealed that the juveniles conspired to steal merchandise, and one juvenile then provided false identification to police. The juveniles were identified and released to their parents. Police charged a 14-year-old girl with retail theft, conspiracy-retail theft, and false identification to law enforcement.
Arrest warrant served – On April 29, Wilson Echevarria-Mercado, 41, turned himself in on an arrest warrant, with the original charges being conspiracy-retail theft and retail theft.
Bench warrant served – Around 10:30 p.m. May 10, police were on patrol when they observed an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of Lion’s Lake Park in North Lebanon Township that was trespassing after hours. Police made contact with the driver and an occupant. Police identified the occupant as Christopher James, 35, and determined him to have a bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department. Police took James into custody on the warrant.
Simple assault, harassment – On May 12, police responded to the 2000 block of Mallard Lane in North Lebanon Township for a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that Allison Pajak, 50, engaged in a physical altercation with her boyfriend, causing him injury. Police took Pajak into custody and charged her with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment.
Theft investigation – At 5:10 p.m. May 12, police began an investigation at Lions Lake Park and found that a bag containing photography equipment was stolen from a black Ram 1500 pickup truck in the Jay Street parking lot. The theft is believed to have occurred between 4:30 and 5 p.m. Anyone with information on the theft is asked to submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH or contact Lebanon County Regional Police at 717-273-8141.
Criminal mischief suspect – The Lebanon County Regional Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a criminal mischief suspect. At 11:50 p.m. April 23, police responded to the parking lot of Rutter’s, 1621 W. Cumberland St. in West Lebanon Township, for a criminal mischief incident. During the incident, the suspect rode a bicycle into another person’s vehicle, causing damage. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH or contact Lebanon County Regional Police at 717-273-8141.


Retail theft suspect – Police are investigating the theft of a purse at Walmart, 1355 E. Lehman St. in North Lebanon Township, on May 12. Anyone who is able to identify the suspect is asked to submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH or contact Lebanon County Regional Police at 717-273-8141.

Walmart donates items for Cram-A-Cruiser event – The Lebanon County Regional Police Department wants to extend a sincere thank you to Walmart for their generous donation of perishable items for the Cram-A-Cruiser event hosted by the James Biever Police-Community Alliance on Saturday, May 16, in front of Grocery Outlet.

Resident provides Jersey Mike’s for National Police Week – The Lebanon County Regional Police Department wants to thank Pat Mahon for generously providing Jersey Mike’s subs to the police for National Police Week. Pat has continued to be a gracious supporter of the police department for many years. Thank you, Pat, for always thinking of the police department!

Millcreek Township
Vehicle accident – At 5:45 p.m. May 14, a 2010 Dodge Caravan driven by a 36-year-old Bernville woman, accompanied by a 14-year-old Bernville boy, was traveling north on SR 419 when its front passenger’s side wheel broke free from the axle, disabling the vehicle. Both occupants were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Dodge was towed from the scene by Hillside Towing.
Myerstown Borough
Vehicle accident, failure to stop at red signal – Around 8:26 p.m. May 12, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz 300 Series was traveling east on West Main Avenue when it failed to stop at a steady red light and drove into the path of a northbound 2011 Chevrolet Cruze on South College Street. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Police charged the driver of the Mercedes-Benz with failure to stop at red signal.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 2:31 p.m. May 9, a vehicle driven by an 85-year-old Annville man struck the side of a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old Elizabethtown man in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.
Union Township
Retail theft – Police are investigating a theft at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 8 at Jono Ace Hardware Store. Two suspects, a male and a female, entered the store and removed an undetermined amount of Milwaukee tools without payment.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving while suspended – Charges of misdemeanor accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, summary driving while suspended (DUI-related), and summary careless driving were filed against Scott Wilson, 56, after a hit-and-run incident on Feb. 28 near Main and Railroad streets in Palmyra.
Drug possession, bench warrant served – At 12:44 p.m. May 6, police located Shannon March, 38, on the 300 block of West Main Street in Palmyra. March was known to have a bench warrant for failure to appear. During the arrest, police found that March was in possession of drug paraphernalia and transported her to LCCB on the warrant. Police also charged March with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
False identification to law enforcement, arrest warrant served – At 11:46 p.m. May 6, police made contact with a subject at Quittie Park in Annville after hours. The subject attempted to lie about his identity but was eventually identified as Sean McFadden, 41. McFadden was found to have an arrest warrant out of PSP-Reading for felony robbery. Police arrested McFadden on the warrant and transported him to LCCB. Police also charged McFadden with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement.
Harassment – Police charged a 31-year-old Lebanon man with harassment-course of conduct after an incident around 10:01 p.m. April 5 on the 500 block of East Main Street in Palmyra.
Confinement of dog on premises – Police charged a 70-year-old Annville man with confinement of dog on premises after an incident around 8:29 a.m. April 3 on the 500 block of West Main Street in Annville.
Confinement of dog on premises – Police charged a 66-year-old Annville woman with confinement of dog on premises after an incident around 2:42 p.m. April 4 on the 300 block of East Maple Street in Annville.
Harassment – Police charged a 30-year-old Annville woman and a 34-year-old Annville woman with harassment-physical contact after an incident around 4:12 p.m. March 31 on the 00 block of East Queen Street in Annville.
Confinement of dog on premises – Police charged a 64-year-old Palmyra woman with confinement of dog on premises after an incident around 5:03 p.m. April 4 on Locust and Oak streets in Palmyra.
Carrying a false identification card – Police charged a 19-year-old Palmyra resident with carrying a false identification card after an incident around 1 p.m. April 7 on the 200 block of East Main Street in Palmyra.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 43-year-old Palmyra woman with disorderly conduct after an incident around 6:14 p.m. April 18 on the 00 block of East Main Street in Palmyra.
Disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – Police charged a 27-year-old Palmyra woman with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident around midnight April 25 on the 100 block of North Chestnut Street in Palmyra.
Underage drinking – Police charged an 18-year-old Mechanicsburg woman with underage drinking after an incident around 2:03 a.m. April 26 on the 00 block of East Main Street in Annville.
Retail theft – Police charged a 21-year-old Annville man with retail theft after an incident around 10:39 p.m. April 22 on the 800 block of East Main Street in Palmyra.
Person of interest – Police are looking to identify the person depicted in relation to multiple vehicle burglaries around Annville Township on May 8. The photo in color shows the person of interest walking north on Patton Street toward West High Street at 3:34 a.m. The black and white photo shows the same person walking north on the 200 block of South Lancaster Street at 3:36 a.m. The person is wearing a dark sweatshirt with the hood scrunched inward, dark pants, and dark shoes with white soles. Anyone with information or footage can contact Western Lebanon County Regional Police.
