Start your afternoon with a free mini-concert featuring the exceptional talents of local student musician Artemis Drake on oboe. Part of our “First Listen” series, these 20-minute performances highlight the next generation of musical stars. Artemis is an award-winning oboist and English horn player. A summa cum laude graduate of Conrad Weiser High School, she will study oboe performance with Robert Walters at Oberlin Conservatory this fall. Artemis has an extensive performance background, playing with the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra and completing an artist residency in Mexico with the Cuban American Youth Orchestra.
