“Its a beautiful day here in South Lebanon Township,” Stephen Krause, chairman of the township board of supervisors, said to open Tuesday’s meeting.

With little business before the board, the meeting’s only new item was a bond reduction request for Little Bee’s Pediatric Dentistry parking lot expansion project.

Township records show the dentistry office was approved by the township planning commission in November 2025 for a parking lot expansion project. As a part of the approval they had to submit an executed stormwater management operation and maintenance agreement to the township, which puts the responsibility of upkeep of stormwater facilities onto the property owner rather than the township.

“(Little Bee’s Pediatric Dentistry) completed the improvements but we are just waiting for the as-built plans to come in,” said township manager Jamie Yiengst. “That’s why it’s not a complete release of funds yet.”

The total bond was in the amount of $83,500, of which the township will continue to withhold $4,000 until the final as-built plans are sent.
