Natural death – Police are investigating the death of a 47-year-old Fredericksburg man at 4:39 p.m. June 16 on East Main Street.
Theft by deception – On June 20, police responded to Lights Church Road for a report of a theft involving Facebook, specifically a money transfer of $1,000. This incident impacted a 34-year-old Lebanon woman. Police are investigating.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – At around 7:18 p.m. June 22, this incident occurred on Blue Mountain Road in which a 38-year-old Fredericksburg woman and a 39-year-old Fredericksburg man trespassed onto a 35-year-old Lebanon woman’s property and damaged her front door frame and deadbolt, valued at $900. The investigation is ongoing.
Harassment – At around 9:27 a.m. June 23, police responded to North Center Street for a report of harassment. Police charged a 36-year-old Harrisburg man with harassment. This incident impacted a 51-year-old Etters man.
Missing person – At 9:20 p.m. June 29, police began investigating the report of a missing person, Donna Hostetter, 77, of Fredericksburg, whose last known location was in the area of Nutt Road in Phoenixville and who was currently operating a silver/aluminum 2019 Buick Encore with Pennsylvania registration MPT0775.
City of Lebanon
DUI – Police charged Jordan Wilson, 33, with DUI after a traffic stop at around 11:30 p.m. March 14 on the 400 block of Walnut Street.
DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, disorderly conduct – Police charged Diamond Ramos, 28, with DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct after a traffic investigation at around 10 a.m. March 16 near Monument and Hornet streets.
Theft by unlawful taking, defiant trespass – Police charged Joseph Jones, 48, with theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespass after an incident at around 11 a.m. April 1 on the 1400 block of Chestnut Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Brian Fahler, 56, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at around 3:30 p.m. April 9 on the 1100 block of Cumberland Street.
Theft of leased property – Police charged Alex Kreiser, 20, with theft of leased property after an incident at around 2 p.m. May 26 on the 00 block of North 9th Street.
Person not to possess firearms, firearms not to be carried without a license – Police charged Xavier Baez, 29, with felony person not to possess firearms, firearms not to be carried without a license, and tampering with physical evidence after fleeing from police at around 10:30 a.m. July 8 on the 400 block of Locust Street. There are currently two arrest warrants for Baez.
Underage drinking, misrepresentation of age to obtain alcohol – On July 16, police charged Matthew Chernich, 19, of Lebanon, with underage drinking, misrepresentation of age to obtain alcohol, and possession of a fictitious ID after incidents at 9:15 p.m. May 29 and 5:50 p.m. June 28 at Fine Wine and Good Spirits in Lebanon.
Furnishing drug-free urine – Police charged Heriberto Miranda-Vazquez, 61, with furnishing drug-free urine after an incident at around 2 p.m. June 25 on the 500 block of Oak Street.
Simple assault – Police charged Danielle Fidler, 34, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident at around 4 p.m. July 18 on the 00 block of North 12th Street.
Simple assault, disorderly conduct – Police charged Gadiel Ocasio-Cotto, 27, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and disorderly conduct after an incident at around 12 a.m. July 20 on the 300 block of Crowell Street.
Indecent exposure, disorderly conduct – Police charged Jeffrey Gross, 60, with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after an incident at around 8:15 p.m. July 20 on the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.
Possession with intent to deliver, receiving stolen property – During the early morning hours on July 22, police executed a search warrant on the 500 block of Chestnut Street. To ensure the warrant was executed safely and effectively for both the target residence and the members of the public, the Lebanon County SWAT Team assisted with the operation. Police arrested Kevin Beniquez, 19, and charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, and additional narcotics-related offenses.
Attempt to identify – Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the pictured female subject as a person of interest in reference to a stolen vehicle on June 15 near New and Arnold streets. East Hanover Township
Runaway – On June 23, police responded to McGillstown Road for a reported 16-year-old Myerstown boy runaway.
Jackson Township
Firearm sale or transfer – This incident occurred at 1:48 p.m. March 21 on Eisenhauer Road.
Identity theft – At around 11:30 a.m. June 18, police responded to the 100 block of West Jackson Avenue for a report of identity theft. An unknown actor(s) opened a PNC Bank account in a 25-year-old Myerstown woman’s name using her Social Security number. PNC Bank accepted a fraud report from the woman and opened an investigation. PNC Bank refused to provide the woman with any information regarding the bank account.
Theft items from motor vehicle – On June 19, police responded to North Ramona Road for a report of property being found in a field, including a mask and head cover, a Pursuit model knife and light combo, and Zeus. This incident involved a 2001 Lexus, 2002 Ford F-150XLT, 2006 Nissan Terrano, 2007 Isuzu, and 2012 Ford F-250 Supercab. This incident impacted an 85-year-old Myerstown man, a 68-year-old Myerstown man, and a 58-year-old Myerstown man. Police are investigating.
Jonestown Borough
False report to law enforcement – At 6:51 p.m. June 27, police responded to the area of the Jonestown Fire Company for a report of a robbery. During the investigation, police learned that the robbery was made up and arrested a 26-year-old Jonestown man for false report to law enforcement.
PFA violation – At 11:26 a.m. June 28, police responded to South Walnut Street for a PFA violation. Police located a 39-year-old Jonestown man in the residence and arrested him for the violation. This incident impacted a 36-year-old Jonestown woman.
PFA violation – At 1:29 p.m. June 28, police responded to South Walnut Street for a PFA violation. Police located a 39-year-old Jonestown man on the scene and arrested him on numerous charges. This incident impacted a 36-year-old Jonestown woman and Pennsylvania State Police in Union Township.
Millcreek Township
Vehicle accident – At 7:14 a.m. July 16, a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid driven by a 16-year-old Newmanstown boy was traveling north on Stricklerstown Road when it traveled across the west lane and struck a utility pole. The boy was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries but was transported via Newmanstown VFC Ambulance for precautionary evaluation.
Myerstown Borough
Firearm sale or transfer – Police are investigating a possible firearms violation incident at 1:42 p.m. June 23 on West Main Avenue. This incident impacted a 42-year-old Myerstown man and Laucks Sporting Goods in Myerstown.
Theft of items from motor vehicle – On June 25, police responded to North Hoover Street for items, with a total value of $1,000, stolen from three vehicles: a 2018 Toyota Highlander, a 2008 Toyota Corolla, and a 2005 Nissan Altima. This incident impacted a 39-year-old Myerstown man.
Childline referral – On June 25, police received a Childline referral on East Maple Avenue regarding a 5-year-old Myerstown girl who ingested marijuana gummies, which caused her to seek medical attention. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft – At around 1:15 a.m. June 29, police responded to the 100 block of West Carpenter Avenue for a report of a theft of a kayak, valued at $220. There were no cameras available and no investigatory leads regarding identifying a suspect. This incident impacted a 29-year-old Myerstown woman. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Jonestown.
Vehicle accident, duties at a stop sign – At 3:22 p.m. July 16, a 2012 Toyota Sienna driven by a 62-year-old Ephrata woman was traveling south on Locust Street, approached the intersection with West Main Avenue, and failed to stop at the stop sign. A 2011 Ford Explorer driven by a 68-year-old Myerstown woman was traveling west on West Main Avenue when the Toyota entered the intersection, and the collision occurred. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. The Ephrata woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Myerstown woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to Hershey Medical Center. Police charged the Ephrata woman with duties at a stop sign.
North Londonderry Township
Criminal mischief – Police charged a 73-year-old Palmyra man with summary criminal mischief after police were contacted by the owner of the Washbasket Laundromat, who reported someone placing stickers on the business from March 1 to June 9. The 73-year-old was identified as the suspect. He is also accused of damaging posters placed by the owner, who was attempting to identify him.
DUI, careless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic – Police charged Jennifer Law, 53, of Annville, with DUI-incapable of safe driving, DUI-highest rate, careless driving, and driving on roadways laned for traffic after an incident at 12:48 a.m. June 20 on the 1300 block of Park Drive, in which Law was found passed out in her vehicle. Law’s BAC was 0.227% at the time of the incident.
Criminal mischief – Police charged a 40-year-old Crimora, VA man with summary criminal mischief after an incident at 6:54 p.m. July 19, at the Auto Care Center at the Palmyra Walmart, in which he poured a can of soda on the driver’s seat of a vehicle owned by a 49-year-old Bernville man.
Richland Borough
Childline referral – At 8:33 a.m. July 12, police received a Childline referral alleging a 4-year-old Myerstown girl was inappropriately touched by her father on South Park Street. The investigation is ongoing.
South Lebanon Township
Harassment by prisoner – At 5:47 p.m. May 26, police responded to Lebanon County Correctional Facility (LCCF) for an incident that impacted a 52-year-old Lebanon man.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – At 12:11 p.m. June 18, police investigated allegations that an inmate damaged property and attempted to disrupt operations at LCCF by digging a hole in the prison yard. The investigation revealed that the incident was an internal institutional matter that was addressed through LCCF disciplinary procedures. No evidence was developed establishing the commission of a criminal offense under state law. As a result, police determined that the allegations were unfounded for criminal prosecution.
Rape – On June 10, police responded to East Walnut Street and determined that an 18-year-old Lebanon woman was sexually assaulted. Police are investigating.
Swatara Township
Childline referral – Police are investigating a Childline referral that was alleged to have occurred at 11:24 a.m. June 17 on the 2200 block of State Route 72 involving a 5-year-old Lebanon girl.
Harassment – At 7:25 p.m. June 17, police responded to Quarry Road for a report of a physical domestic involving the arrestee, a 32-year-old Lebanon woman. This incident impacted a 36-year-old Lebanon man. Police are investigating.
Union Township
Theft of a motor vehicle – Police are investigating the theft of a black and maroon/burgundy Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck at 12:41 p.m. June 20 on Camp Meeting Road. This incident impacted a 56-year-old Jonestown man.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – At around 9:30 a.m. June 21, a male pumped gas at Hutters in Jonestown, failed to remove the gas pump from his vehicle, and drove away, causing extensive damage to the gas pump. All pumps had to be shut down due to gas leaking into the parking lot. Police are investigating.
Theft disposition of funds – At 2:26 p.m. June 23, a 60-year-old Jonestown man reported that a check for $3,872.28 that he sent to a company was washed. He also reported that the bank will forward this investigation to the Postal Inspector due to the postage being stolen and the contents being tampered with.
Theft – At around 9:09 p.m. June 30, an unknown actor(s) took a 38-year-old Myerstown woman’s iPhone with a maroon protective case, valued at $500, at her workplace, Dollar General.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Retail theft – At 12:30 p.m. June 16, police responded to Weis Markets in Palmyra for a report of retail theft. It was reported that a customer, Michelle MacNeer, 47, performed numerous under-ringing incidents at the store on numerous dates. On July 23, charges of misdemeanor retail theft were filed against MacNeer through the MDJ Warner’s office relating to this incident.
Driving while suspended – At around 2:32 p.m. July 6, police pulled over a white Chrysler Voyager on the 700 block of West Main Street in Palmyra and identified the driver as Jonathan Burak, 44, of Harrisburg, who had a suspended license in relation to a DUI. On July 13, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging Burak with misdemeanor driving while suspended, DUI-related, third or subsequent offense.
Simple assault – At around 8:37 p.m. July 22, police responded to the 100 block of South Windsor Avenue in Palmyra for a report of a domestic disturbance. Police found that Felicite Delair, 53, caused injury to a male and took her into custody for misdemeanor simple assault.
Attempt to identify – At 3 p.m. June 26, police responded to Sheetz in Palmyra for an active retail theft. The pictured subject fled the scene prior to police arrival heading north on North Prince Street.
