Simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment – Police charged James Warden, 38, with simple assault (domestic violence-related), terroristic threats, and harassment after an incident at around 1 a.m. Aug. 12 on the 400 block of New Street.

Simple assault – Police charged Amber Snyder, 35, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident at around 2 a.m. Aug. 10 on the 700 block of Union Street.

Loitering and prowling at night, trespass, criminal mischief – Police charged Luis Aquino-Rios, 26, with loitering and prowling at night, trespass, and criminal mischief after an incident at around 11:30 p.m. Aug. 7 on the 1000 block of Reinoehl Street.

Accidents involving personal injury, failure to stop and render aid – Police charged Ricky Morillo-Garcia, 28, with accidents involving personal injury, failure to stop and render aid, and disorderly conduct after an investigation into a crash at around 10:15 a.m. Aug. 7 on the 300 block of North 5th Street.

Simple assault, harassment – Police charged Stanley Robinson, 68, with simple assault and harassment after an incident at around 1:45 p.m. July 13 on the 1100 block of Reinoehl Street.

DUI, careless driving – Police charged Nicholas Royster, 68, with DUI and careless driving after an incident at around 3:30 a.m. June 17 on the 600 block of Locust Street.

Drug possession, corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person – Police charged Kevin Beniquez Jr., 19, with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, corruption of minors, and recklessly endangering another person after an incident at around 3 p.m. May 20 on the 100 block of Van Buren Street.

Trespass investigation – Lebanon City Police want to identify the male suspect pictured below for an investigation into a trespass on Aug. 8 on the 00 block of South 10th Street. Downtown vandalism – Lebanon City Police are investigating an overnight vandalism incident in downtown Lebanon. The individual pictured below walked through a downtown area, destroying flowers and damaging flowerpots. Anyone who can identify this individual should contact PFC Erik Peiffer at 717-272-6611 or submit a tip to police through CRIMEWATCH.

Jackson Township

Theft of firearm – Police are investigating a theft of a firearm, valued at $600, from a silver/aluminum 2020 Toyota RAV4. A 26-year-old Myerstown man has no surveillance footage and is unsure of the jurisdiction in which the theft occurred between April 29 and Aug. 6. Anyone with information or surveillance footage regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Jonestown.

Vehicle accident, driving vehicle at a safe speed – At 10:08 p.m. Aug. 5, a 2010 Dodge Caliber driven by a 19-year-old Myerstown man was traveling north on North College Street when it exited the road, struck a mailbox, a fence, a 2025 GMC Acadia, a 2015 Toyota 4-Runner, and a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta on the right shoulder. No injuries were reported. The Dodge and GMC were towed from the scene. Police charged the man with driving vehicle at a safe speed.

Lebanon County Regional

Simple assault, harassment – At around 1:45 a.m. Aug. 8, police responded to the 2100 block of Walnut Street in North Cornwall Township for a domestic. Police said Dominic Funk, 21, was intoxicated, struck and choked an individual, and pushed another person down a flight of stairs. Police arrested Funk, charged him with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment, and transported him to Lebanon County Central Booking.

Arrest warrant issued – Police obtained an arrest warrant for Jeremy Schroll, 42, with the original charges being attempted theft by unlawful taking and loitering and prowling at nighttime. The warrant stems from his involvement in an attempted theft in West Lebanon Township on July 26.

Arrest warrant issued – Police obtained an arrest warrant for Matthew Uronis, 42, with the original charge being retail theft. The warrant stems from his involvement in a retail theft totaling $608.32 at Target in North Cornwall Township on May 6.

North Annville Township

DUI – At 11:56 p.m. Aug. 7, a 25-year-old Palmyra man operated a black 2018 Ram 1500 on Syner Road while under the influence of alcohol.

South Londonderry Township

Found property – At 11:58 a.m. Aug. 7, a resident stopped by the station to drop off a drone that was found on their property on Horseshoe Pike in Campbelltown. Anyone who is missing a drone should contact South Londonderry Township Police at 717-838-1376.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Bench warrant served – At 10:58 a.m. Aug. 10, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1000 block of East Main Street in Annville for multiple traffic offenses. During the stop, police found the driver, Virgen Mercedes Torres, 26, had an active bench warrant for misdemeanor criminal mischief out of Susquehanna Township. Police took Torres into custody and turned her over to the Susquehanna Township Police without incident.

Theft of secondary metal – On June 25, a business on the 00 block of East Main Street in Palmyra reported having scrap metal stolen from their property on multiple occasions. The total value of the thefts exceeded $1,000. Police identified the suspect as Thomas Gardner, 38, and charged him with felony theft of secondary metal on July 14.

Dog law violations – Police charged a 50-year-old Palmyra man with three dog law violations — confinement of dog on premises, license violation, and rabies vaccination violation — after an incident on June 28 on the 100 block of South Center Avenue in Palmyra.

Retail theft, curfew violation – Police charged a 16-year-old Palmyra girl with five counts of retail theft and a curfew violation for several incidents from late February to early March at Sheetz in Palmyra.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 39-year-old Annville woman with public drunkenness after an incident July 27 on the 700 block of West Main Street in Palmyra.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 29-year-old Palmyra man with disorderly conduct after an incident July 27 at the Palmyra Shopping Center in Palmyra.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 31-year-old Annville woman with disorderly conduct after an incident July 27 on the 00 block of North Railroad Street in Palmyra.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 42-year-old Palmyra man with disorderly conduct after an incident July 8 at CVS Pharmacy in Palmyra.

Firearms not to be carried without a license – At around 12:19 a.m. Aug. 9, police came into contact with Paul Welch, 72, in the parking lot of the Palmyra Shopping Center in Palmyra. Police discovered that Welch was in possession of a loaded firearm in his vehicle and did not have a concealed carry permit. Police arrested Welch, charged him with misdemeanor firearms not to be carried without a license, and transported him to LCCB for arraignment.

Simple assault, harassment – Police charged Cassidy Adam, 33, with misdemeanor simple assault (domestic violence-related) and summary harassment-physical contact on July 13. These charges stem from a domestic dispute at 12:30 p.m. July 9 on the 200 block of South Railroad Street in Palmyra.

Theft from motor vehicles – On June 11, police responded to the 200 block of North College Street in Palmyra for an attempted theft from a motor vehicle. Police said four suspects went to multiple locations in the borough, stealing and attempting to steal from unlocked vehicles. All four suspects are juveniles and have been charged accordingly.

Sheetz retail theft – At 4:19 a.m. Aug. 1, police responded to Sheetz for an active retail theft. Prior to police arrival, the individual pictured below fled the scene, heading north on North Prince Street.
