Frank “Pete” R. Tharp, 76, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Cedar Haven. He was the husband of Bonnie Jean Gardner Tharp.

He was born in Mt. Union, PA on March 3, 1944, a son of the late James F. and Mildred I. Baney Tharp. Pete was formerly employed at San Georgios in Lebanon. He loved to sketch, listen to country music, and was a Civil War buff.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a brother, William Tharp; sister, Stephanie Bechtel; a niece, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 9 a.m. in Grand View Memorial Park, 500 Weber St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Rohland Funeral Home, Inc. is handling his arrangements. www.clauserfh.com
