🔗 Lebanon duo charged for running illegal speakeasy without license
Gino Vargas, 52, and Mandy Spitler, 44, both of Lebanon, are both charged with misdemeanor counts of selling liquor without a license, according to State Police. They are accused of operating the illegal speakeasy, which was located on the 1200 block of block of Cumberland Street in the city.
