City of Lebanon

A 14 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Robbery after investigation into an incident on 4-19-19 at 1344 hours on the 100 block of N. 8th Street. The juvenile is accused of slapping the 39 year old victim and taking the victim’s cell phone then fleeing from the scene. After investigation the juvenile was identified as the person who committed the robbery. The victim was not injured during the robbery and the cell phone has not been recovered. The charges were filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office and the juvenile was transferred to the custody of Lebanon County Juvenile Probation on 4-26-19.

A 26 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-28-19 at 0315 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.

A 36 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 4-26-19 at 2100 hours on the 400 block of Lehman Street.

A 16 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for a Curfew violation on 4-27-19 at 2314 hours on the 400 block of N. 8th Street. 

A 45 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on 4-22-19 at 2118 hours on the 600 block of N. 8th Street.

Charges of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property and Drivers Required to be Licensed have been filed against Stephanie Ordonez an 18 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into an accident on 4-19-19 at 1759 hours at N. 7th and Mifflin Streets. Ordonez is accused of fleeing the scene of a minor accident and not having a license to operate a motor vehicle. No one was injured as a result of the accident.

Heriberto Reyes a 30 year old Harrisburg resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 4-26-19 at 0845 hours at 400 S. 8th Street. Reyes is accused of making verbal contact with the victim of the PFA while leaving the court room. No one was injured. Reyes was incarcerated at LCCF following a PFA hearing.

Ronald Betz III a 22 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 4-26-19 at 2153 hours on the 500 block of Lehman Street. Betz is accused of striking and pushing the 55 year old victim causing her to hit a wall. The victim had minor head injuries as a result of the assault. Betz was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Charges of Theft of Property Lost, Mislaid or Delivered by Mistake and Access Device Fraud have been filed against Marichel Lopez-Toledo a 36 year old with no permanent address after investigation into a theft on 4-17-19 at 1630 hours at 1202 Maple Street. Lopez is accused of taking the purse of the victim who forgot to take the purse when she left the building. The purse was left on the back of a chair. The purse and contents have not been recovered. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lopez. 

A 27 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Dogs Running at Large, Vaccination Required and Dog License violations on 4-10-19 at 1740 hours on the 1300 block of Brandywine Street.

Possession of a Controlled Substance, Registration and Certificate of Title Required, Operation of Vehicle Without an Official Certificate of Inspection and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked have been filed against Jessica Adley and 26 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic stop on 3-29-19 at 1411 hours on the 500 block of Lehman Street.

Bethel Township

On April 30 at 7:48pm, PSP Jonestown Troopers conduct a traffic stop at MM 43 I-78W. A search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed a small amount of marijuana. Appropriate charges shall be filed against the 26 year old Corona, NY man.

North Cornwall Township

Police responded to a domestic issue, the male left the residence.  When Christopher A. Michlovsky, 44, Lebanon was located, he was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

A 77 year old Cleona woman and a 54 year old Lebanon woman struck each other head-on in the center lane of travel at 25th and Cumberland. Minor damage to vehicles; no injuries reported.

A 34 year old Lebanon man was traveling northbound on South 22nd Street, crossing Cumberland Street without headlights. A 59 year old Schaefferstown woman was turning left. She did not see the man because there were no headlights. No injuries, vehicles were towed, and the man was cited for Periods for required lighted lamps.

A 53 year old Lebanon woman struck a legally parked vehicle owned by a 36 year old Lebanon woman. No injuries, vehicles had minor damage.

A 38 year old Middletown man was cited for disorderly conduct (Township Ordinance) for using abusive language toward police when he exited his vehicle on a traffic stop and refused to get back into his vehicle or provide ID and traffic violation; turning movements and required signals.
