A 21 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 11-19-19 at 1155 hours on the 100 block of N. 10th Street.
A 48 year old woman with no permanent address has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 11-05-19 at 1720 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.
A 46 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after investigation into an incident which occurred on 10-14-19 at 1630 hours on the 1200 block of Lafayette Street.
A 24 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Dogs Running At Large on 11-16-19 at 1100 hours at Locust and Taylor Streets.
A 43 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 11-17-19 at 0400 hours 1100 block of Mifflin Street.
A 54 year old South Lebanon woman has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 11-17-19 at 0101 hours at S. 3rd Avenue and E. Elm Street.
A charge of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (misdemeanor charge) has been filed against Nicolas Cordero a 39 year old Lititz resident after a traffic stop on 11-16-19 at 0809 hours on the 800 block of Cumberland Street. Cordero has 5 prior convictions for driving suspended. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of warrants for his arrest from Cumberland County.
Derwin Soto-Marrero a 27 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault on 11-16-19 at 2040 hours on the 400 block of N. 5th Street. He is accused of biting the finger of the 31 year old male victim causing injury requiring medical treatment. Soto was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
Josiah Koppenhaver a 36 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) on 11-17-19 at 1356 hours on the 400 block of Cumberland Street. Koppenhaver is accused of striking the 64 year old victim on his head causing a laceration requiring medical treatment. Koppenhaver was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Lissette Pagan-Maartinez a 37 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on 11-16-19 at 2228 hours at 1201 Cumberland Street. Pagan was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Charges of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked DUI related and Traffic Control Signals have been filed against Diego Sandoval a 25 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic stop on 11-17-19 at 0140 hours at 4th and Cumberland Streets.
A 22 year old Lebanon man cited for Harassment after an investigation into an incident on 11-11-19 at 1626 hours at Lehman and N. 7th Streets.
A 33 year old Lebanon man cited for Harassment on 11-03-19 at 2303 hours on the 400 block of N. 9th Street.
An 18 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 10-24-19 at 1142 hours on the 200 block of S. Quince Street. She is accused of damaging the gate to a property of the victim. Total loss to the victim is estimated at $109.00.
Cornwall Borough
Ordinance Violation – A 55-year-old Cornwall man has been cited for a violation of the Borough burning ordinance for an incident Saturday, 12:47 PM.
East Hanover Township
This crash occurred on Nov. 19 at 8:44 p.m. as Unit 1, a 2016 Audi S6 driven by a 20-year-old Grantville woman, was traveling west on SR 22 near its intersection with Zion Church Road, East Hanover Township, Lebanon County. Unit 1 was traveling in the right lane of SR 22 west at an unknown speed. A deer entered the travel lane of Unit 1 and Operator 1 was not able to slow down or swerve out of the way to avoid the deer. Unit 1 struck the deer in the right lane of SR 22 west. Unit 1 sustained disabling damage to the front from striking the deer. Operator 1 reported no injuries as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was towed from the scene by Glenn’s Towing.
This crash occurred on Nov. 15 at 3:38 p.m. as both Unit 1, a 2015 Ford van driven by a 32-year-old Stephens City, VA man, and Unit 2, a 2012 Toyota Camry driven by a 70-year-old Slatington man, were traveling north on I-81 in the area of mile marker 85. Unit 2 was in the right lane of travel and Unit 1 was in the left lane of travel. During this time, Operator 1 carelessly changed lanes from left to right without proper clearance and struck Unit 2 on its driver side rear quarter panel area. The collision caused Unit 2 to spin in a counter clockwise manner in the left lane of travel and eventually strike a concrete bridge rail on the left side of the roadway with Unit 2’s driver side front end. Operator 2 was able to safely move to the left shoulder after the collision facing north. Unit 2 also spun in a counter clockwise manner and came to rest on the right shoulder facing south. Operator 1 fled the scene traveling north off of Exit 85. Unit 2 sustained moderate damage to its driver side rear end as a result of being struck by Unit 1 and disabling damages to the driver side front end as a result of striking the bridge rail. Operator 2 suffered chest pain as a result of this crash and the front seat passenger suffered neck pain.
North Cornwall Township
11-16-2019 @ 16:19 hours – Accident – An 88-year-old Myerstown woman was turning around on Helen Drive, did not see a rock at the entrance of the Imaging Center. The front driver side of her vehicle struck the rock causing minor/moderate damage. Police freed the vehicle from the rock and the woman was able to drive the vehicle from the scene. No injuries were reported.
11-17-2019 @ 15:17 hours – Accident – A 23-year-old Cleona man was traveling east on the access road to the rear of Sheetz, Rocherty Road and was turning right at the turn in the access road. A 41-year-old Lebanon man cut their left turn to sharp and entered his path, striking his vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Both vehicles were found to be drivable, no injuries reported.

Public Drunkenness
A 48-year-old Lebanon man was charged with public drunkenness as a result of an incident that occurred in the 1100 block of E. Lehman Street on November 10, 2019.
Retail Theft
A 60-year-old Lebanon man was charged with retail theft as a result of an incident that occurred on November 15, 2019, at Sunset, 1650 N. 7th Street, Lebanon. He was apprehended after failing to pay for $7.69 worth of merchandise.
West Lebanon Township
Possession of Designer Drug
Kory Brown – age 21 – 528 N. 24th Street, Lebanon was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident that occurred on June 25, 2019, at his residence.
