A new development in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District is in the works that will provide additional housing options for Lebanon County residents.

According to the Landmark Homes‘ website, Cornwall Junction will have 37 homesites with award-winning one- and two-story designs with the option of first-floor owner’s suites. The homesites will each have at least 1/3 acre of land.

The development will be situated near the Lebanon Expo Center, the Lebanon Valley Rails to Trails, and Mount Gretna Lake. Educational amenities for its residents include the Cornwall-Lebanon School District and Lebanon Valley College.

Landmark Homes designs and builds new houses and developments in the southcentral Pennsylvania area. Landmark Homes did not provide any further information on the developments or building timeline in response to LebTown requests.
