Observed accumulation of static dust on the fan guards of the refrigeration units within the walk-in coolers.

5 – 205.15 System Maintained in Good Repair
Mechanical dishwasher temperature booster not properly functioning at the time of this inspection. Equipment was temporarily converted to chemical sanitizing (chlorine), but did not appear to be dispensing the appropriate amount of sanitizer when tested. The facility also has a 3-bay sink with sanitizing chemicals and testing supplies, which the person in charge agreed to utilize for sanitizing until the mechanical dishwasher is properly repaired. Observed a leak at the top of the mechanical dishwasher.
