On Oct. 10, a program will be held to recognize the 150th anniversary of the Wenger Meetinghouse and the 250th anniversary of the cemetery.

The ceremony will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the meetinghouse, 16 Supervisors Drive, Jonestown.

Ken Hoke from the Brethren in Christ Historical Society will speak on “Living Our Faith,” according to Warren Wenger of the Wenger Meetinghouse Preservation Association.

Music will be provided by Don Good, and Wenger will speak on the historicity of the meetinghouse and the cemetery.

The Wenger Meetinghouse Preservation Association is looking for anyone who attended services at the meetinghouse to share any remembrances they may have. If you are interested in sharing, email [email protected] or call 717-865-6723.
