CDL drivers must have a valid Class A or Class B Pennsylvania Commercial Driver License with no restrictions. Diesel and construction equipment mechanics must have a Pennsylvania CDL and a Class 7 inspector mechanic certification.

Both positions require a current medical examiner certificate.
