Welcome to the first season of our highly anticipated Lebanon Valley “Wing Wars.” Eight entrants from four regions of the Valley will compete, bracket style, to be declared the winner of Best Wing in The Valley.
Our judgement will be based upon several factors including: wing sauce/rub flavor, size of wing, how they’re cooked, presentation, and critic impression.
The second matchup in round two pits the winner of the North Region (Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel) vs. the winner of the East Region (Union House Taproom & Livery).

Each competitors boasts a wing night deal, which are special times for their patron, and it gets full at both restaurants! FEHO has a Tuesday special of $20 AYCE wings. Union House Taproom has its special on Thursdays, with $8 for a dozen & $15 for two dozen.
FEHO stands out with its large selection of wing flavors. The wing consistency varied. Some wings were over fried while others were done just right within the same order.
Union House Taproom has a feature wing flavor, which is a house made flavor, that rotates. They also have their regular 18 flavors available. Our wings also were a mix of over fried and done just right.
