Editor’s Note: Last year, Michael and Nicole Borrell began reviewing Lebanon Valley’s restaurants and eating attractions as the Lebanon Valley Food Critics. Since then, the couple has aimed to offer unbiased reviews of the eating and drinking establishments the Lebanon Valley has to offer. LebTown is pleased to be partnering with LVFC to share these reviews with our readers. Bon appétit!

Welcome to the first season of the Lebanon Valley Food Critics’ highly anticipated Lebanon Valley Burger Wars. Four entrants from the Valley will compete to be declared the winner of Best Burger in The Valley.

Our judgement will be based upon several factors including presentation and composition of the burger, messiness, and overall impression. To keep things even, we will only judge one burger from each restaurant and all burgers will be cooked to the same temperature, medium.

We got a chance to taste some great burgers around the Valley! The choice was tough.

We thought we had a winner picked but then we had some re-deliberation. It was a toss-up between two burgers, but in the end, one stood out for seasoned patty, toppings, and quality taste. Each of our Season One entrants provided a quality burger and will be getting repeat visits from the critic crew.
