Editor’s Note: In 2021, Michael and Nicole Borrell began reviewing Lebanon Valley’s restaurants and eating attractions as the Lebanon Valley Food Critics. Since then, the couple has aimed to offer unbiased reviews of the eating and drinking establishments the Lebanon Valley has to offer. LebTown is pleased to be partnering with LVFC to share these reviews with our readers. Bon appétit!
Welcome to the third season of our highly anticipated Lebanon Valley “Wing Wars.” Four entrants from across the Valley will compete, bracket style, to be declared the winner of Best Wing in The Valley.
Our final stop was a late addition. We needed to add a new fourth entrant and it worked out with our schedule as well as some fan recommendations.
Our fourth and final stop for Wing Wars Season 3 is Greek Town Pizza & Restaurant. They offer traditional wings with several sauces and rub options in 6 and 12 count orders.

Tonight, we had two 12 piece orders, one being spicy honey BBQ and one being garlic parm ($14.49 each).
The wings are medium to large tossed in the sauce. The garlic parm came with plenty of parmesan cheese chunks on top. The spicy honey BBQ was more honey than spicy.
One thing did stand out for us in this order, the wings were the crispiest of the entire season. They were evenly crispy throughout, with the flavor resonating into the meat.
Our final impression:
- A medium-large wing.
- Freshly tossed in the sauce.
- Very crispy wings.
- 30 sauce and rub options.
It is now time for us to deliberate and compare our scorecards. After which we will announce the winner. Who do you think will win this season?
