Editor’s Note: Michael and Nicole Borrell review Lebanon Valleyโs restaurants and eating attractions as the Lebanon Valley Food Critics. The couple aims to offer unbiased reviews of the eating and drinking establishments the Lebanon Valley has to offer. LebTown is pleased to partner with LVFC to share these reviews with our readers. Bon appรฉtit!
Welcome to the second season of our highly anticipated Lebanon Valley Burger Wars. Four entrants from the Valley will compete to be declared the winner of ‘Best Burger in The Valley.’
Our judgement will be based upon several factors including style and quality of burger, composition, messiness, and overall impression. We will only be judging two burgers from each restaurant and all burgers will be cooked to the same temperature.
This season will be slightly different as our Season 1 winner (Richland Railroad Diner) will be competing again to retain its title.
We got a chance to taste some great burgers around the Valley! The choice was tough.
This one was initially a split vote between the critics, one for our defending champion, Richland Railroad Diner, and another for 7th St. Bar & Grill.
RRD burgers were massive, freshly seasoned with quality beef and quite messy. 7th St. burgers came with a great tasting seasoning, well accented toppings, and a hearty handful selection.

Our winner of the LVFC Burger Wars Season 2 is 7th Street Bar & Grill!
Each of our Season 2 entrants provided quality burgers and will be getting repeat visits from the critic crew.
Be on the lookout as we will be out and about in the Valley with some regular reviews coming up soon. We now need to get thinking about what our next โWarsโ will be.
