DUI, one-way roadways – Police charged Harrol Rivera-Maldonado, 29, with DUI and one-way roadways after a traffic stop on June 16 on the 200 block of North 10th Street.

DUI, disregard traffic lane – Police charged Shawn Reinhart, 42, with DUI and disregard traffic lane after a traffic stop on June 15 on the 400 block of New Street.

False identification to law enforcement – Police charged Joseph Green, 65, with false identification to law enforcement after an investigation into a wanted subject in the area of South Partridge and Cumberland streets on June 10.

Simple assault, criminal mischief – Police charged Anthony Woods, 27, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and criminal mischief after police responded to a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of East Weidman Street.

Drug possession, resisting arrest – Police charged Russell Sloane, 47, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest after an incident June 18 on the 600 block of Quentin Road.

Drug possession – Police charged Rebecca Runkel, 40, with possession of a controlled substance after an incident June 17 on the 600 block of Quentin Road.

False identification to law enforcement, public drunkenness – Police charged Macy Gunnells, 33, with false identification to law enforcement and public drunkenness after police responded to a well-being check on the 200 block of Mifflin Street on June 17.

Arrest warrant – On June 14, police issued an arrest warrant against Ricardo Berrios-Hernandez, 27, with the original charge being aggravated assault. (Read LebTown’s coverage of the original incident here.)

Drug possession – Police charged Melissa Gass, 46, with possession of a controlled substance after police responded to a domestic dispute on the 600 block of Quentin Road.

Retail theft – Lebanon city police are attempting to identify the male suspect (pictured below) who stole merchandise from Gristick’s at 505 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon. Anyone with information is asked to contact PFC Goumas or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident, following too closely – At 4:55 p.m. June 17, police responded to the intersection of South Lingle Avenue and Cambridge Court for a two-vehicle crash. A vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Palmyra man rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old Palmyra man while it was waiting to turn left onto Cambridge Court. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Police charged the 20-year-old man with following too closely. A citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s Office.

Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – At 4:21 p.m. June 20, police charged a 61-year-old Palmyra woman with driving on roadways laned for traffic following a crash on the 900 block of Hoffer Road in which her vehicle left the lane and struck a rock and mailbox along the road. The woman’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

Vehicle accident, stop sign violation – At 1:26 p.m. June 17, after stopping at a posted stop sign at the intersection of East Main Street and Congress Avenue, a vehicle driven by a 60-year-old Palmyra man failed to yield the right-of-way to a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Palmyra juvenile. The juvenile’s vehicle struck the other vehicle as it was traveling east on East Main Street. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Police charged the Palmyra man with a stop sign violation.

Vehicle accident – At 3:28 p.m. June 19, police responded to a non-injury crash on South Lingle Avenue at Cambridge Road. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old Brooklyn, New York, woman rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 77-year-old Palmyra woman. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Western Lebanon County Regional Police

Public drunkenness – At 6:15 a.m. June 6, police responded to Sheetz, 811 E. Main St., Palmyra, for a possible domestic. Police located a 22-year-old woman who was under the influence of alcohol. On June 6, police charged her with summary public drunkenness.

DUI, careless driving – At 11:05 p.m. May 24, police responded to the 100 block of East Cherry Street for a report of a hit-and-run with injuries. Police identified the injured male as Jeffrey Shenck, 60. After viewing video surveillance footage, police determined that Shenck was intoxicated and riding an electric bike down East Cherry Street when he crashed into a legally parked vehicle. Shenck’s BAC was 0.255% at the time of the crash. On June 7, police charged Shenk with misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, and summary careless driving.

DUI, disregard traffic lane – At 8:09 p.m. June 2, police responded to the 400 block of West Main Street for a crash. Police identified the driver who caused the crash as Greg Miller, 67, and found him to be under the influence of alcohol, but Miller refused a legal blood draw. On June 7, police charged Miller with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving and summary disregard traffic lane.
