According to a previous report, the incident in June occurred after restaurant staff asked two people to leave the premises because of their behavior. Police said one of the subjects assaulted three female bartenders as they were escorting the unruly patrons out of the establishment, punching one of the women in the face. Both subjects then fled on foot.
One of the bartenders suffered a fractured jaw in the assault, police said.
Berrios-Hernandez faces a felony charge of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.
Lebanon police said that the suspect was taken into custody thanks to the joint efforts of city police detectives and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Berrios-Hernandez will be extradited to Lebanon County in the coming weeks to face the criminal charges against him, police said in a news release
