Welcome to our highly anticipated Lebanon Valley Pho Wars. There will be a total of four entrants: Ninh Kieu, Pho Yummy, Pho Bar & Grill, and PhoVina
We continued Pho Wars in downtown Annville at Pho Bar & Grill.
Located the corner of West Main and Lancaster streets, this place has several Pho options as well Asian street foods.

Our selections this evening were the Pho Ribeye and the Pho Meatball.
The broth was the standout feature, offering a spicy kick that added a vibrant and satisfying heat to the dish.
The ribeye itself was impressively tender, though the portion of protein seemed a bit small for my liking.
It would’ve been nice to have a more generous serving of meat to balance out the broth and noodles. On the other hand, the meatball Pho was hearty, and the meatballs themselves had a nice flavor. However, there was a noticeable absence of basil to garnish, which I typically enjoy in Pho for that fresh, aromatic touch.
Overall, the Pho dishes delivered on flavor with their spicy broth.
