28th Annual Cabin Fever Expo at Lebanon Expo Center

The Cabin Fever Expo returns for the 28th year! Happening Jan. 17-18, at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center in Lebanon, PA, this family-friendly event features amazing displays of gas and steam engines, steamboats, airplanes, trains, cars, and live steam railroads, plus a working quarry scene with RC construction equipment. Explore a bustling vendor area with tools, machinery, and collectibles, enjoy live demonstrations, and participate in consignment auctions.

Admission is $20 for adults, $10 for kids 12-18, and free for children under 11.

Matt Jameson Live at Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel

The Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel will host Matt Jameson Live on Friday, Jan. 17, starting at 6 p.m.

Jason Knorr Music at Schaylor Brewing Company

6 p.m., Friday, Jan. 17 | 33 S. 8th St., Lebanon

Join Jason Knorr at Schaylor Brewing’s newest location in Lebanon, PA. This amazing space sits on top of the Lebanon Farmer’s Market in the center of town. Plenty of convenient parking is available close by. This is such a beautiful room, and when paired with Schaylor’s fantastic beer, a great food menu, and live music, you have a recipe for an amazing night out!

Collage Lounge at Lebanon Valley Council On The Arts

Join Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts for a relaxed evening of collage, creativity, and connection. The Collage Lounge is a low-key, competition-free space to explore creative expression through the medium of collage. Pay in advance or on site. Sign up for a membership and get the first session free. All fees support LVCA in its mission to provide artistic events, classes, and information.

Open Mic at Gus Deraco’s Italian Sandwiches

Open Mic open to all ages. Music, comedy, poetry, prose, etc. We provide the PA system and microphone. You provide the talent. Bring a friend, grab a sandwich, and enjoy the evening!

Grundsau Uni Weather Prediction at Myerstown Community Park

Free | 8-8:15 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 1 | S. College St., Myerstown

Everyone is welcome to hear what Myerstown’s favorite Groundhog Uni has to say about what the weather will be in the next six weeks. Come out and celebrate Uni’s forecast.

The annual celebration of our weather forecaster in the Pennsylvania Dutch tradition will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, starting at 8 a.m., at the Myerstown Recreation Park on South College Street in Myerstown. The date is Saturday, Feb. 1, because Uni is a church-going grundsau!

Union Kanaal Grundsau Lodsch #17 of Eastern Lebanon County, a group of men dedicated in persevering their Pennsylvania Dutch roots, have hosted this event since 1981.
