Located in North Cornwall Commons, PhoVina has several Pho options as well other Vietnamese dish varieties. Our selections this evening were the Pho shrimp and the Pho chicken.
The broth had a mild spice that added a subtle kick without overpowering the flavors, making it a great choice for those who prefer a gentler spice. The onion flavor was present but not overwhelming, lending a delicate aromatic layer to the dish. What truly stood out was the generous portion of protein. The meat was tender and plentiful, offering a hearty bite in every spoonful. This Pho strikes a great balance between spice, flavor, and protein.
