Jose Ivan Rodriguez-Santos of Lebanon was charged April 4 with three felonies and two misdemeanors over allegations that he had sexually assaulted an 8-year-old girl in October 2024.

Rodriguez-Santos, 41, faces felony charges of endangering welfare of children, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, and unlawful contact with minors. He also faces misdemeanor charges of corruption of minors and indecent exposure.

Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced the charges via press release on Thursday, April 10.

According to the release, Lebanon County Detectives were notified of the possible sexual assault on March 18. Police initiated an investigation after meeting with the child’s mother. The girl told detectives that Rodriguez-Santos had sexually abused her at his home.

“Throughout the investigation, Detectives learned that the paramour of the Defendant operates a day care out of the home,” the District Attorney’s office said in the release.

The release states that the Lebanon County Detective Bureau and the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office “have concerns for children and families who may continue to utilize the day care services of the paramour of the Defendant” and identified the address as 439 N. 5th St., Lebanon.

The DA’s office ask anyone with additional concerns regarding children supervised at that location to contact Detective Ryan Adams of the Lebanon County Detectives Bureau at 717-228-4403.

Rodriguez-Santos was arraigned Friday, April 4, in front of Magisterial District Judge David R. Warner Jr. Rodriguez-Santos was remanded to Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail, which was set at $250,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 17 in front of Magisterial District Judge Kim R. Wolfe.
