Public drunkenness – Police charged a 42-year-old resident with public drunkenness after an incident at 6:39 p.m. Aug. 1 in the area of 12th and Cumberland streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 61-year-old woman with disorderly conduct after an incident at 12:04 a.m. Aug. 2 on the 100 block of North 7th Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 46-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident on Aug. 4 on the 300 block of South 4th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 48-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at 10:31 p.m. Aug. 5 at Lebanon Village.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 29-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at 10:05 p.m. Aug. 6 in the area of 8th and Scull streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 56-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at 9:13 a.m. Aug. 6 on the 100 block of South 9th Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 27-year-old woman with harassment after an incident at 5:28 p.m. Aug. 9 on the 1300 block of Elm Street.

Noise complaint – Police charged a 20-year-old man with a noise complaint after an incident at 5:23 a.m. Aug. 10 on the 400 block of North 6th Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 52-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at 1:43 a.m. Aug. 12 in the area of 7th and Willow streets.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 54-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at 3:33 p.m. Aug. 12 in the area of 7th and Spring streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 41-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 12 on the 100 block of South Partridge Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 22-year-old resident with disorderly conduct after an incident at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 12 on the 100 block of South Partridge Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 31-year-old resident with harassment after an incident at 7:24 p.m. Aug. 13 on the 300 block of South 9th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 54-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at 9:13 p.m. Aug. 14 in the area of 12th and Walnut streets.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 43-year-old resident with public drunkenness after an incident at 10:48 p.m. Aug. 15 on the 00 block of South 9th Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 17-year-old juvenile with disorderly conduct after an incident on Aug. 17 in the area of Crowell and Light streets.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 57-year-old woman with public drunkenness after an incident at 8:49 p.m. Aug. 19 in the area of 8th and Spring streets.

Open container – Police charged a 50-year-old man with open container after an incident at 2:55 p.m. Aug. 21 on the 1400 block of Chestnut Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 19-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at 10:39 p.m. Aug. 22 on the 200 block of Chestnut Street.

Open container – Police charged a 61-year-old woman with open container after an incident at 7:15 a.m. Aug. 26 on the 100 block of North 7th Street.

Drug possession, open container – On Aug. 30, police charged Myles Davis, 68, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and open container after an incident on the 100 block of North Liberty Street.

DUI, driving without a license – On Sept. 1, police charged Luis Sanchez, 32, with DUI-alcohol and driving without a license after an incident on the 100 block of North 9th Street.

Terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment – On Sept. 2, police charged Christopher Rivera-Cofresi, 19, with terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment after police responded to the 300 block of North 13th Street for a report of a domestic disturbance.

Lebanon County Regional

Upcoming road closure – There is an upcoming road closure scheduled for Jay Street between State Route 72 and Ashton Drive in North Lebanon Township beginning Sept. 11. The closure is expected to be completed by Sept. 30. This closure is to reconstruct/repair the large retaining wall along the roadway. The planned detour route is through the Lion’s Lake housing development. The Lebanon County Regional Police Department asks motorists to be respectful of the residents of the development by following traffic laws throughout the duration of the detour.

North Londonderry Township

DUI – Police charged Seth Stankiewitch, 24, of Bernville, with multiple DUI offenses after an incident at 12:22 a.m. Aug. 1 at DHL Warehouse in which his BAC was 0.242% and he tested positive for marijuana.

Defiant trespass – At 3:30 a.m. Aug. 31, police received an email from Walmart loss prevention staff with photographs from their store surveillance system showing a 33-year-old Lebanon man on the property and in the store after being trespassed by Walmart staff. Police charged the man with summary defiant trespass-actual communication.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 12:48 p.m. Aug. 28, police responded to Northside Commons and Palmyra Road for a report of a crash and determined that a vehicle driven by an 86-year-old Lebanon woman struck a traffic sign while leaving Northside Commons, causing minor damage.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Drug possession – Charges of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Patricia Early, 58, after an incident at 10:45 a.m. Aug. 16 on the 600 block of North Chestnut Street in Palmyra. Police found Early to be in possession of methamphetamine and related paraphernalia.

Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, drug possession – Around 9:15 p.m. Aug. 27, police responded to the 200 block of West Queen Street in Annville for a trespass and arrested Adam Schaeffer, 36. Police charged Schaeffer with felony criminal trespass, disorderly conduct (ordinance), and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
