Join us on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the return of the 6th & Chestnut Street Fall Block Party with this year’s theme: Fall In Love With Your Health.

This free event will showcase information/goodie tables and treats sponsored by local families and organizations, magical entertainment by St. Luke’s Choir members, children’s activities, free food / drinks and community health resources and screenings.
This event is a collaborative effort between Lebanon Family Health Services (LFHS), the Chestnut Street Community Center, Making A Difference of Lebanon PA, and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.

“We are so excited to continue to incorporate and showcase Lebanon’s available health resources to our community and expand those who are participating and joining us for this event,” said Maggie Progin, Vice President of Communications & Education for Lebanon Family Health Services.
“It’s all about making connections,” said Laurie Funk, Founder of the Chestnut Street Community Center. “Last year’s event was a wonderful evening of meeting our neighbors and showcasing community resources. This year’s event will be even bigger and better.”

Attendees are encouraged to come in costumes, keeping in mind the family-friendly nature of the event. The block party will have a rain date of Sunday Oct. 26th from 2-5 p.m. in case of unfavorable weather conditions. Please check the 6th & Chestnut Fall Block Party Facebook event page for updates.
