Observed that the handle of the hot water at the three-compartment sink in the prep room was broken off and that the facility was using a pair of pliers to turn it on and off.

6 – 501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions
Observed the floor wall junction area and coving around the kitchen area had an accumulation of debris and was in need of cleaning.
