Lebanon County officials announced the full schedule for the community’s 2026 Fourth of July Celebration, an all-day event featuring patriotic ceremonies, family activities, historical presentations, live music, and a spectacular fireworks display at the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds 80 Rocherty Rd, Lebanon, PA 17042.
This year’s festivities highlight America250PA observances as the nation celebrates its Semiquincentennial or 250th anniversary.
Festivities will begin at 12 p.m. with a county-wide Ringing of Bells. All churches, fire stations, organizations, and residents are asked to participate in a shared moment of celebration by sounding their bells, whistles or car horns at Noon.
At 1 p.m., the community is invited to the Wenger Pavilion for the official Kick Off Ceremony, including: a Welcome Speech, the Pledge of Allegiance, a Presentation of the Colors, our National Anthem, Prayers and music by the Perseverance Band.
From 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., attendees can enjoy a wide range of ongoing events across the grounds:
- Lebanon 250PA Quilt on Display at Founder’s Hall
- Memorabilia Viewing, including 250th bells, vintage wagons, military equipment, and more
- Children’s Art Display at the entrance to West Hall
- Historic Presentations such as the Frederick Douglass Speech, Revolutionary War Arms, and additional programs
- Food Trucks on the Midway
- Children’s Area, featuring kids’ games, a bungee trampoline, a 24’ rock climbing wall, and other activities
- Exhibitors, showcasing a variety of local vendor displays including gem mining
From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., the grass area by North Hall will host a community Car Show, with $10 pre-registration, $15 day-of registration, and a raffle.

Evening programs include:
- 6 p.m. — Lebanon 250PA Quilt Auction at Wenger Pavilion
- 7 p.m. — Lebanon Community Concert Band at the Grandstands, sponsored by the Coleman Memorial Park Board of Trustees
- 8 p.m. — Main Ceremony at the Grandstands, featuring: Presentation of the Colors, the National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance, prayers, a moment honoring Veterans, remarks by our local elected officials and a key note address by Colonel (R) Frank Ryan USMCR.
The celebration will conclude with a large Fireworks Display at 9:15 p.m. near the Grandstands.
There will be no Fireworks at Coleman Park this year.
“Lebanon County is proud to bring families, neighbors, and visitors together for a day full of tradition, reflection, and celebration,” said Bonnie Loy, the Lebanon County 250 chairperson. “This year’s expanded programming underscores our community’s spirit as we honor the nation’s 250th anniversary.”

This event is free and open to the public. Lebanon Transit Authority will also provide free bus transportation to the Expo Center. Additional details, parking information, and updates will be available on the county’s official 250 Lebanon website.

Free bus transportation is available courtesy of Lebanon Transit from 12 noon through the conclusion of the fireworks program.
Route Information:
- Pickup location starting at 7th & Willow St.
- Traveling West on Cumberland St.
- Then South on 10th St.
- Then continue to either:
- Cornwall Rd. (if the bus is full)
- Quentin Rd. (if additional pickup capacity is available)
Return Service: Buses will continue running until all riders have been returned to Lebanon.
Bus routing may vary slightly depending on rider capacity.

In the event of severe weather, the fireworks and car show will move to July 5. Indoor activities will continue as scheduled.
