A fourth apartment building has opened at North Cornwall Commons, adding 104 units to the mixed-use development in North Cornwall Township.
Byler Holdings and North Cornwall Commons Apartments marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community gathering Wednesday, Aug. 5, attended by residents, local officials and business partners, according to a news release from the company.
The five-story building includes studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. New amenities in the building include saunas, a fitness center, a pet grooming station, and a game lounge, according to the release.
Those additions join amenities already available across the apartment community, including a pool, a golf simulator, additional fitness areas, a dog park, and access to the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail.
The building is the fourth residential building at North Cornwall Commons, an 81-acre development off Cornwall and Rocherty roads across from the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds. The first 110-unit apartment building opened at the end of 2021, followed by a 95-unit building in November 2022 and a 129-unit building that began construction in late 2022.
The North Cornwall Township Board of Supervisors approved the land development plan for the fourth building in May 2025, and developers broke ground on the site that September. At the groundbreaking, real estate director Mike Swank reflected on the pace of construction at the development.
“As we’ve been working on the planning and design for this, it starts to become a routine, and I think we lose how special this is,” Swank said at the time.
Beyond apartments, North Cornwall Commons includes townhomes, retail and office space, a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, restaurants and Byler Holdings’ corporate headquarters at 118 Springwood Drive. A TownePlace Suites by Marriott extended-stay hotel opened earlier this year.
Information on floor plans and availability is posted at nccapartments.com.
