Copart of Connecticut paid $12.5 million for the 28.49-acre property most recently operating as Greble U-Pull-It that straddles Bethel and Jackson townships.
The business had closed last year in advance of the transaction. Previous owner JME Lebanon LP had owned the parcel since purchasing it for $950,000 in 2009.
Copart did not respond to LebTown request for comment. According to its website, Copart operates more than 200 locations, including one in Grantville at 8 Park Drive.
